Went through the drive thru, and they were very nice efficient and got my order right. Didn't wait long in the line. Worked great for a side trip on my way to work.

I get it’s McDonald’s, but where is the quality of the food? Meats and buns weren’t fresh. I also asked for a Diet Coke with lemon and witness an employee pick the lemon with her bare fingers and placed it in my drink. FOOD SAFETY?!?!The automated ask if you’re going to use a code, when you say yes, the order taker doesn’t acknowledge that. Then gets annoyed when you tell them the code after you order.Let’s get better please.

Calling this “fast” food should be a crime. I decided I needed something quick on the way home from work and deciding to come here was absolutely a mistake. I ordered two spicy chicken sandwiches and two drinks. Not combos, just the sandwiches and drinks. Keep in mind as you read the rest of this, I put in a mobile order. They should have started on this before I even pulled into the parking lot. Went through the drive-thru, explained I was picking up a mobile order, and went through to the first window. The guy gave me a receipt, simple enough, and I went through to the second window. At that second window, I was greeted by a girl who must be the least cheerful person I have ever seen. She gave me the drinks, while absolutely focused on anything else, and took a minute before telling me to go up to the third and final window. This third window is where they get you. I sat there for somewhere between 15 and 20 minutes, and during this time frame, I watched five… not one, not two, not three and a half.. FIVE cars pull up behind me, get their food, and leave. They left. No third window purgatory for them, they got to leave. I, seeing this and getting impatient, went inside. I walked up to the counter, and it took a moment, but somebody noticed me and decided to ask if I needed help. I explained to them the last 20 minutes that I had been sitting there watching cars go by, for them to turn around and realize that nobody knew what the heck had happened to my food. So I proceeded to sit in the dining area for another 5 minutes or so while they started on it and then got it out. Over all, I’m just in disbelief at the lack of communication, lack of awareness, and lack of understanding.

Every time I come to this location I always ask myself why. My experience is always worse than the time before. The staff, including management lie and never take responsibility for anything. I'm a patient person but if you lie then I'm done. They never seem to get anything right and the service is just beyond slow. This location has been open for too long to still be this horrible. I mean just read all the other reviews. This place is a mess.

Honestly I wouldn’t normally write a review for this but I genuinely don’t know what the heck is going on at this location. I have ordered my fair share of burgers and I have NEVER had an order correct. Keep in mind I don’t get anything special. I started ordering with extra pickle extra onion and I don’t even get any of either. It’s the most basic request to just make a burger the way it’s suppose to come and yet they’re unable to do that. It’s truly shocking to me. I wouldn’t be as annoyed if pricing hadn’t gone up as much as it has. But to pay 12 dollars for some burgers and them be bun meat and cheese is crazy. This last time I was blessed enough to get one single pickle. What an honor

We attempted to order via the kiosk, and while we were adding items to the order an employee told us it didn't work and not to use it and to order at the counter instead. So we walked to the counter and nobody was there to take an order. It was weirdly empty and void of employees. The very same employee that told us to order from the counter walked into the kitchen and did not return. The drive through was slammed which I suspect was the source of the problem. The dining area was some sort of dystopian nightmare of broken ordering computers, sad customers waiting for food and zero employees helping anyone. Negative 5 stars.

As most americans do, I’ve been to McDonalds all around the country. Unfortunately the McDonalds closest to me is the worst i’ve ever been to. My last experience I ordered two happy meals to go and the wait time was over 45 minutes. All the food was cold and while i waited I watched employees sit there on their phones. It seems like nobody here cares. The burger king across the street is slightly better for anyone that wants some food.

Definitely don't think this location is as bad as the other reviews, but one thing I've noticed at this location is that the sauce is almost always missing from the bag. Make sure you check before you drive away!
