I got lots of great things when I had a business renting shabby chic furniture for weddings. Everything was in good condition but they were overpriced.

I love this Store. As an Employee that works there and as a customer who shops there when allowed. This is the first job I've have in a while where the management treats you like a HUMAN and not a machine. They actually care if your not feeling well or get hurt on the job or if you have a child to tend to. I've had all three . It's nice to see them not judge a person based off how they dress or tattoos like my old job did. Thank you for taking the time to review my notes. Have a happy new year.

It doesn't have a huge new selection but there are always seasonal deals and you can almost always get something you need or didn't know you needed if you spend enough time looking around. And the staff is always super humble and happy. I love this store.

Don't shop at this Goodwill if you are looking for the color of the weekI went to this Goodwill at 0900 today (Tuesday) when the color of the week resets. I noticed an employee aggressively pulling all of the color of the week books. I love finding books at Goodwill. Because she was working there, I figured I would go somewhere else. I went to the men's clothing, and another Goodwill employee had a large clothing rack with the color of the week items on it. I thought that was odd. When I went back to the books, the same Goodwill employee was bringing out a few books with a different colored tag. I thought this was odd. When I asked the women at the register where the color of the week tags books were. I told her the employee at the books had moved them, and I couldn't find them. She left to speak with that employee and said, management asked her to pull those books. I asked why. She said to make room for more books. She said I could not buy those books. I find this extremely dishonest. People donate these items for free. For some reason Goodwill is purposely pulling the color of the week tags. Don't believe me? Show up at 0900 on a Tuesday.

It just amazes me how goodwill is a none profit organization but the prices they have on the merchandise is like paying full price brand new makes no sense or how they have a direct TV receiver an trying to sell it. The receiver box was supposed to be turned back into direct TV not resold.

Nice store overall, although they could have more items out considering the space they have. Cleaner and more organized shelves would make it a nicer shopping experience.

Store smells like fish often. Homeless people are always hanging out there. Came in today and found bed bugs on the clothes. This wasn’t the first time but this is definitely my last time coming to this store.

HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!. I was waiting to get picked up but my phone died. I plugged my phone into an outlet inside the store. Not even 5 minutes, the manager comes up to me and said I can't use their outlets to charge my phone. I have to wait at the front of the store for my ride.**IM 7 MONTHS PREGNANT AND ITS 115° OUTSIDE!**

I purchased a toy set for my kid and one piece missing was in a different baggie. I asked if i could just purchase/exchange that piece so i could have the whole toy and manager declined. No one else will have use for that single piece and they will probably end up throwing it away. I have done this previously at other stores and they have no issue selling me the piece for a small price so i can have the complete toy. Won’t be back to this store. Cashier was nice though

Weird because i don’t remember giving Marissa, my cashier, the clearance to donate 55 cents to their register. i pay for my hot and spicy in quarters so honestly it’s quite disrespectful to me that she decided to round my total up and not my brothers total. never shopping here again. it’s petty theft to profit someone else’s pocket.

Sorry to single this store out I direct this to all Goodwills. I was visiting here on what used to be dollar day but- due to dearth of good will- is now two dollar day. That day this store gets its shelves refreshed by the most in need of goodwill : the place was full of disabled people, moms, elders, whoever, that wait for that dollar day. Yep that day, surprise! the store was full of many crestfallen: “surprise! You get half the stuff you were hoping for and waiting for!”Despicable, but I’m saying it here. So then I go see a coyotes game with “Goodwill”blazoned in lights “helping” people get GEDs. Someone harvested a grant it seems. Sure looks textbook poster case of STINKY harvesting of others’ insecurity towards this company’s security. I’ll look for the news to flash those waiting for two-dollar day for goodwill to notice THEM that times and costs have changed back to dollar day. Right. Until then, I’m not going back to any Goodwill, until I hear dollar day is back. Me and another lady, saw so many sad faces, hung stuff back and left without paying. Heartbreaking. Purple Heart, hospice, many other thrifts are far less nauseating. Goodwill corporately could serve and did serve so many people who helped clear their shelves on that dollar day. Guess it’s not worth it to em. These folks do not need notice all costs rise. Good luck with your goodwill, Goodwill. I hope to hear back from y’all where it counts.

The last 15 goodwill stores we have been in have literally been nothing but throw-away-goods. We used to find great stuff. Over priced garbage now. What’s up Goodwill?

I purchased two pieces of furniture, a couple of really nice vintage art/craft tables. Solid wood, incredible deal. I didn’t have a truck to take them with me, so I told them I would be back tomorrow .While I was there I noticed a thug (normally here I would have said gentleman) hanging around in the furniture scoping it all out, and when The guy who works in the back came to write the slip for me, their exchange was kind of obvious that they might know one another .The thug (wearing baggy clothes, and his hood over his head I almost couldn’t even see his eyes- which is a dead give away you’re up to no good or you lack major social orientation - just stay home) kept looking at me and then he disappeared around the side of the building and I knew in that moment that the tables wouldn’t be there the next day.Sure enough the tables were gone, and the manager was kind and offered me a refund, but that doesn’t solve my clutter problem. lesson learned don’t ever pay for something you can’t grasp immediately (out of your control) because now I’m really sad that I don’t have those storage tables for my million crafting tools that still need a home.I’m really annoyed . Some People are horrible . I hope the guy working there reads this and it changes him somehow. You shouldn’t let your friends take things from other people or be a part of it .However, this instance happened FOR ME, not TO ME, and there’s a reason for everything. Maybe I’ll find better tables in the near future . Perception is a funny thing.Sadly, I won’t be returning to this Goodwill, and although I know it won’t affect business for them I hope this at least helps someone to make smarter choices than myself .

This Goodwilll has a decent enough selection. Unfortunately I find so much stuff that's visibly damaged on the racks that's the same price as everything else. It doesn't make sense.
