I have been going there for years, The owner is always friendly, helpful and knowledgeable about a lot of things. There are lots of interesting things to look at while you are waiting. Usually no more than 5 minutes when is busy. A lot quicker and easier than going to the post office.

You can only charge $10 for notary services. They charged me $22. Don't trust the man who runs this business for anything.
As others have mentioned, the store is a mess. There are packages everywhere. Cardboard pieces were literally falling off the edge of the counter as I was signing my document on it.
The owner is arrogant and rude. When I mentioned he said $10 over the phone, he said he said "$10 per stamp", that I wasn't paying attention, and that he's used to people being prepared when they come in. I remember our few second conversation from a couple days before and he mentioned nothing like that. I was glad it was only $10 before I knew that's the most it can be. After we signed, he asked if I had another copy. I told him no because I figured it would be easy to make a copy there or allow me to make a copy. But of course in his fashion, he replied condescendingly "of course you need a copy for the other person because they need to know what they're signing". Arrogant and rude, even though he didn't go through the document with either of us.
A mess of a store, an arrogant rude owner, this business deserves less than 1 star. I'm convinced the 5 star reviews are fake.

I was going to mail out my wedding save the dates here to save time but decided not to. When I walked in I was surprised by how gross it was. It looked like a run down tourist giftshop but with packages everywhere (not just behind the counter, out in the open for someone to snag) i cant imagine anyone knowing where anything is in there and i decided not to risk my mail getting lost in the abyss of trash that is in the shop. Thankfully it took over 5 minutes for someone to come help me even though I was the only one there so I had time to think about it and dip out. Never going back there

I went on to have something notarized. Jim took great care of me and got all the T's crossed and the I' s dotted. I thought the mint be a problem because my drivers license expired 2 months ago. And it's a California CDL. Jim understood when I explained because of COVID.California is giving automatic extensions for Cell's since they can't be done on line. Then he offered to mail it for me and even printed out a mailing label. He was going to mail it but I needed a money order and he even suggested a place to get that as well as mail it. Jim is a extremely helpful guy. The service is great. If you have any mail ory otary service I highly recommend Mesa Mail.

Jim is great, he really does go over and beyond to satisfy your needs. He offers a lot of other services as well, including faxing, printing, copying, notary, and so much more. This store is a gem.

Had a pre-paid FedEx label, guy prints the label, sticks it on the free envelope, tosses it the FedEx bin, then demands $3 processing fee. When my elderly mother questioned him, he began yelling at her "what about MY time.. this is a business, I don't work for free!". Then the receipt he gave her said "money order processing fee". When I went in to ask for a receipt that showed what the fee was actually for, he began screaming at me too! All I wanted was a receipt that described the real reason for the fee. I gave it right back, got the corrected receipt, and got outa there. DO NOT GO HERE, he is rude, his store is a hazard, and he's a bully!!

I'm shocked by the reviews... Have had nothing but pleasant experiences with Mesa Mail. My go to for DHL shipments. Staff is always super nice and willing to help. Wouldn't recommend anyone else. Thank you!
