Me and my family have had metro for YEARS, and we went to go activate my sisters new phone and generally doesn't take going to 2 different stores and getting attitude from both employees at both stores. I WILL be leaving a review for both stores. I talked to Leslie (who said she was a manger) And refused to give her managerial credentials. I had to call and ask who I was talking to, to even get it and mid sentence she started to say "bye" and said she would call security, mind you it was just me and my sisters we are no threat. I am very disappointed and I want her fired. We left after encouraging her to call security. Because all we wanted a resolution because the previous store went to was closed early with no signs on the door.

The girls working didn't seem to want to work or assist In anyway. I get it we all have off days but you at least have to make an attempt still.

Very disappointed in this establishment he seen me come in and took me to buying something I had no idea what I was buying and explain anything to me regarding the contract and I feel as I got really screwed over very disappointed will never go back

This place SUCKS. Went w a friend and the guy was rude, didn't want to work, so did not assist him at all. I'd never switch to this carrier. Not if this is the customer representation they take pride in!

the lady on Thursday July 29th was awesome very helpful and very willing to be respectful and nice and help out. Thank you better than the d*** broad we encountered over on Greenfield and Main at that store. She claimed she'd been there 3 days she was very rude and disorganized

Talking in circles...charging for things i never asked for or for that matter received. And basically told take it or leave it... 6 attempts to get this resolved and only 1 thing left to do...CHANGE COMPANIES!!!

Friendly guy in the front. Got my friend set up with a brand new phone and out the door in like 20 minutes. Probably the fastest I've been in and out of a phone place when getting a new phone.
