Worst service ever angel Sofia was argumentative and wouldn't help me after they sold me a broken phone. They wouldn't do a refund or a replacement. Phone are sold as new but are used. Be very careful. They also refused to let talk to a manager give me metros corporate number or give me the store number to call for complaint. If I could give negative stars I would.

Bad Customer Service they would not even help my Husband who went to another store paid $30 has a receipt they did not install the SIM card this store wanted another $28 to fix the mess up from the other store end story we have to go back to the other store to fix this problem they told us they cannot fix it if another store did this apparently they all have there own stores! What the hee haw thought Metro is Metro

So many phones to choose from. I came in yesterday and purchased a new line for my son. Sara was very professional and very knowledgeable. I'm definitely satisfied and will be returning for my free tablet soon.

Bought a new phone at Apple Store and had to go to MetroPCS to get it activated after I could not activate it myself. The lady at this metroPCS on Country Club Rd in Mesa Az was fantastic. It took some time and she had to contact the call center to complete the job. I highly recommend this location and will return the next time I need assistance! The service was second to none!
