I had actually gone in to see Sam, as I was informed on the phone that I needed to come in for assistance to resolve a question I had about timing on a purchase plan. Once I provided appropriate ID and info, my issue was explained and I was understanding it. I left the store satisfied.

The 2 girls that helped me 3/1 were the laziest and least helpful people I've ever met in the customer service industry. They didn't help me resolve my issue and made me pay for a account which wasn't mine and didn't help me with reimbursement for a 100$. Worst metro PCs stores out of the many I've been to. They lied about how the conversation went and tried to say it was a misunderstanding which was true but if they had been more transparent and communicated better there wouldn't have been a issue

My son is deaf how are you going sale a deaf person some ear pods and tell them you would be able too hear so when he took them back on the same day and told them that they don't work for him they told him they don't do returns and the receipt clearly states you have 14 days with the receipt wow PEOPLE DO NOT BUY FROM THIS LOCATION
