I am existing metro PCS customer and I am seriously considering leaving them after 10+ years with them. They always help out the "new customers" and completely forget about promotions or deals for the existing customers ..... They say you can "upgrade your phone" but you have to pay full price ...... The workers don't act very persona le either...... When you point something out that said online they get defensive and say it not what they are offering so honestly if I could give a 0 I would!

I would not recommend this location ever. I went in there with troubles with my phone looking to do an upgrade which I knew I had available to me as well that I had just spoke to the customer service 800 number. To which the lady in this location was disgruntled and basically told me I didn't know what I was talking about and it was going to be what she said or nothing. I ended up calling the customer service line again and found out that Not only was I eligible for an upgrade but my phone was covered under Insurance when I went back in the lady and some guy standing there talking to her for over an hour was just staring at me customer service poorly lacks it was the worst experience I think I have ever had any Metro PCS and I have had some pretty bad ones this one by far is the worst location I have ever been to. Hands down not worth your time your energy he would be significantly better off calling the 800 customer service line

I just call this store as I would like to get a new line. The telephone rang about 12 times and then disconnected me. I guess they don't want new business. I called as in the past they were very helpful when I added lines.

We went to these location the employee said they charged five dollar extra to get call and text to other countries. That never made sense to me the store was clean

Went in today to upgrade my phone the woman behind the counter was rude we were the only customers at the time did not even get up from behind the counter to help. The price on the phone said one thing she said no that's not the price it just went up. I have had my metro service for 5 years. Just switched to cricket. No reason to be rude to loyal customers.

The workers in the building were great. I've since realized that metro uses extortion methods. They shut off your data completely multiple times a day and then after a week of doing that they send you a text msg telling you to get there home internet. That's extortion and calls for a fcc inquiry. UPDATE! new cycle starts today, bill was paid weeks ago, they still are shutting off my data. the person sitting right next to me has the same phone, same company and same plan and her data isn't getting shut off. my phone is only 6 months old.

Don't come here at 7pm on Sunday because it will be closed the store hours say it closed at 8pm false advertising I will not come here anymore....

I really liked the staff, they always answer my questions and help me make the best decisions. The manager is attentive to the store all the time and is present. Excellent experience, I am still on metro tmobile to this day
