Went in today to upgrade my phone the woman behind the counter was rude we were the only customers at the time did not even get up from behind the counter to help. The price on the phone said one thing she said no that's not the price it just went up. I have had my metro service for 5 years. Just switched to cricket. No reason to be rude to loyal customers.

The workers in the building were great. I've since realized that metro uses extortion methods. They shut off your data completely multiple times a day and then after a week of doing that they send you a text msg telling you to get there home internet. That's extortion and calls for a fcc inquiry. UPDATE! new cycle starts today, bill was paid weeks ago, they still are shutting off my data. the person sitting right next to me has the same phone, same company and same plan and her data isn't getting shut off. my phone is only 6 months old.

BEWARE:Metro by TMobile support informed me each store is permitted to set their own prices and are not obligated to honor Metro by T-Mobile advertised deals and pricing. This store is a hostile environment. (The lady ahead of us was told they wouldn't replace her broken phone because it was her fat a$$ that sat on it and broke it!) We clearly explained the changes we wanted and after just a few minutes the young man behind the counter assured us the Metro By T-Mobile deals we requested were applied to our account and collected his fees. But unfortunately I did not receive phone that had been advertised and requested. The store had closed for the day when we received notifications of our plan being changed to two separate plans with a higher cost, both in my husband's name, my name had been completely elminated and they had added options we had not agreed to or even discussed. My notifications are going to his number and they are demanding more money due immediately. We went online to customer support to try and get it sorted out but we're told our only recourse is to return to the same store and attempt to get them to honor the deals and prices we had discussed. It is completely at their discretion whether or not to undo the non requested, unwanted and surprise changes since the stores are independent and therefore permitted to set their own prices and policies. This is not stated anywhere that I have found and am disappointed they would think this is appropriate business practices. We will be going elsewhere for phone service. It's sad TMobile has sunk so low with these shady company policies which will likely end up ruining their name and reputation.

Adeline was the rudest woman I have ever come across. My mom went to activate her new iPhone and she charged her for a new SIM card and never even checked to make sure that her phone was working before she left the store. My mom came home almost in tears because of how rude she was. Once I walked in to talk to her the story changed. All of a sudden she was able to activate it, something she told my mom she couldn’t do. At the end of the transaction she couldn’t have even apologize. Obviously not all paying customers can get the same treatment. Thank you Adeline, you give customer service representatives a great reputation.

I just came to this store to buy new service and phones with my boyfriend- we were literally trying to decide between 2 different phones and out of nowhere your employee 'gisela' stops and bluntly yells at us, (mind you while she already has customers she's supposed to be helping) "umm MAM! MAAAAAM!!! Can I help you? WHAT DO YOU WANT?!" I kid you not I was dumbfounded for split second- Yelling at me? Calling me out? creating a big scene?looking at me like I'm the side chick her man just left her for! Serious! Created an audience and everything with the whole store just starting at us. I've worked in customer Service my entire life, even worked for AT&T as a sales consultant prior to starting college, doing her job, Serving hundreds of customers daily and never once have i experienced anything even remotely close to how disrespectful she was to me (us). race is obviously the underlying reason considering we were the only Caucasians in the store at the time. We weren't doing anything wrong. We had literally just walked in! Needless to say we left, went down the street and opened a new service with AT&T, 3 lines, iPhones accessories, the whole shabang. Only took 10 minutes, best part? They were friendly and welcoming! I seriously hope In the future when looking To hire new work that you'll take the necessary steps to properly interview your prospect hires so you can weed out racism and hate

AMAZAING ! Oscar helped my daughter today at this location and wow very professional well knowledge on phone and service. He made our what we thought was going to be very dreadful experience into the best service privided by any metro stores. Very pleased with his patience he had with us. Thank you Oscar.

Great time at the store ! G was very helpful and she help me in everything ! Five stars for her but little sad with the white tall gentleman with beard he totally ignored me while he was on his phone very disrespectful hope a manager teach him how to do his job!!! Anyway I'm going back to the store only for her to do my next upgrade !!!
