I'm absolutely thrilled to give this establishment a big fat zero stars (if only it were possible to go lower than one star). The employees here truly excel in the art of rudeness and are remarkably devoid of any speck of common sense. How fascinating that they believe they have the divine power to shower customers with insults and face zero consequences. But fear not, my friends, for this time around, they have met their match. I am determined to take all the necessary action to ensure that the delightful gentleman who had the audacity to call my father an idiot faces the music. I mean, it's not like my poor father just had his phone hacked twice under their impeccable watch, with their first-class "assistance" doing nothing to save the day. Provide him with the wrong guidance and end up getting hacked again an hour later. Oh, but wait! I must apologize, dear employees, for apparently you lead such miserable lives that you feel compelled to unleash your bitterness onto innocent souls. How noble and commendable of you! You give my dad the steps to take to fix this hacking issue then he does just that and then gets called an idiot for doing what they told him to do and having his phone hacked an hour later. Can’t wait to see how this plays out.

Mr Will has to be one of the best salesman man etc that my friend and I have ever had the pleasure of working with when it comes to our cell phones, always helpful smiling, always taking care of his customers whichever store he is currently working at, we are customers from Apache junction and they had a little fire, but it didn't stop us from making sure he was around to upgrade our phone's,god bless you and your family Mr Will you are truly a wonderful person and we love the way you treat us!!! We'll see you soon this morning/afternoon in Scottsdale

I was just in the store yesterday around 7:30ish pm and paid $98 to open an account, now my phone says it's been disconnected and that I only paid $82 & owe $16.25. Where did the remaining balance of the $98 go to if it's stating that I only paid $82. You can clearly see on the camera footage where I handed the employee a $100 bill and only got $1 & some coins as change.

The store clerk told me the Apple Knock off adapter would work on my IPhone so I purchased it for $30, when I got home it did not work. I called the store was told they don’t give refunds on accessories when the Metro PCS website clearly states they provide refunds on accessories within 14 days of purchase. I was able to buy an adapter from the Apple store for $20. Don’t buy anything from this store.

Unhelpful single employee that worked there March 14, 2023.Came in to see if anything could be done about some charging issues I was having.The employee didn’t want to help and acted bothered that I asked questions.He even asked me if I was a Metro customer, even though I clearly was. Why would a non-Metro customer come in asking for help?Would not recommend this location.

My husband went in because his phone was not working. They told him it was because it was no longer supported on the network. I think if they would have logged in and looked at my account they would have actually seen but his line was suspended and his phone still worked. It's never fun to have to buy a new phone especially if you were not told that your phone would not be compatible ahead of time. But this was not even the case, I don't even know what it was but you think if it was suspended that would be one of the first things that popped up. It depends on what store you go to but I don't believe they all get the same training??

My daughter went in for a upgrade. I understand the refund policy. But it can also be misleading. I was there at 650p. The person was rude and disrespectful. He would never let finish a sentence. He made a unauthorized payment towards the monthly bill. He misunderstood, what my daughter said. He was not hearing us out.. he would not own up to his mistake, because he been doing this for 5 years, he stated. I've been a customer for a long time, never been treated like this.

I didn’t know associates can choose who they help. I was here and the lady ZULIM went to help someone else instead. not to mention she made this person a fake phone account. and gave them free bluetooth head phones. poor customer service. la verdad plus when I walked in she was just sitting there on her phone. she did say hi but didn’t help me at all. don’t recommend

100% recommend this store and Mark in particular.I came in due to a lost phone, after a brief and pleasant conversation with Mark about all my options, I came out with a new phone and a screen protector.Will definitely be coming back for all of my accessories to this location.
