Bought a phone upgrade phone I bought having with incoming calls the corporate store on West main told me they went and sold this phone but this franchise store did and I need to go back to the store and get them to give me another phone it's a week old I shouldn't be having these kind of issues with this Motorola Moto g stylus phone but there's a problem with the signals in this phone that's what the corporate store told me and this franchise store representative this store sold me this phone I'm not sure if she knew it had this kind of issue but she shouldn't have sold this phone to me because I asked her straight up there's no issues with these kind of phones I've been a member since 2019 with MetroPCS

Customer rep Devon helped me so much he had a huge line when I came in and kept so calm and collective and helped client by client until it was my turn when he was able to reset my phone for me allowing me to get all my contacts and photos back this kid kept the best energy throughout the whole line even with rude customers and kept as positive as it comes this is definitely my new home store thanks so much Devon!!

The person working there was very unprofessional. He was not wearing a uniform or dressed professional in any way. He told us how great this phone was that he had in the back. When we got home and went online the phone only has 2.5 stars. No wonder they don’t put this phone on the sales floor where you can see information about it. I tried to exchange it for another phone but they do not do returns on upgrade phones only new customers. I liked going to this store when they first opened because the owner would always say that he was not just trying to sell me on a phone he wanted me to get something I wanted. Not anymore this guy was definitely just trying to sell us something out of the back because he was afraid we would leave without buying something. I’ve bought like four phones from this location but I’ll have to go to another location from now on.

Probably the best metro I've ever been to davon was right there to answer any questions I had and took everything I said into consideration when helping me choose my new phone had a great conversation and was probably the most helpful and courteous representative metro has to offer going off previous experiences. Come here if you need someone who actually gives a damn

I went in and Nik was helping another customer but addressed me quickly and politely. He gave some of the best phone I could get and got some great rates. I have been in the store a few times before and you can tell he is trying to clean that place up and bring it back to what it used to be. Thank you Nik! You are incredible!
