HORRIBLE Jose Lopez that describe Miriam as the only helpful employee I had an extremely disappointing experience at this MetroPCS location. I attempted to set up service for a bring-your-own-device Apple Watch. A line and number were assigned, payment was taken, yet it was never disclosed that MetroPCS does not have a contract with Apple for that particular watch series. As a result, the device could not be supported, leaving me without service despite paying for it.
Neither the store staff, MetroPCS corporate, nor the district manager James Jim provided accurate information or solutions. This forced me to make multiple trips to the store (an hour each way) and countless calls to customer service at 611, all without any resolution.
While Miriam was the only employee who made any genuine effort to assist, Kayla, another employee, was condescending, dismissive, and unhelpful. Instead of providing customer support, she was patronizing and made the process more difficult. This reflects very poorly on the store’s professionalism and customer care standards. I could not tell if Kayla was an employee or even worked from the store as she was dressed like a street walker in very inappropriate clothes for a professional and business setting.
In short, this location is unhelpful, misinformed, and provides some of the worst customer service I have experienced. I strongly recommend avoiding this MetroPCS location and taking your business to another provider, such as Cricket or Verizon Prepaid, where transparency and service are far better. Kayla represented herself as the owner of the store, though I am not certain this is accurate. I believe it would be more effective for her to focus on delivering professional, respectful customer service rather than addressing customers in a rude or dismissive way. A courteous and positive approach would not only enhance the customer experience but also reflect more favorably on the business as a whole.

If I could give it 0 stars I would but Miriam is the only reason why this store gets any stars. She’s the only useful employee here. I had to wait over half an hour today because she was by herself (per usual by the way) and when the other girl came in she just went to the back and sat down. The few times I’ve come in to make my payments and seen her she is always in the back. I tried coming twice last week and it was closed as well. Worst store ever!!

Kayla worked with me today. She was just awesome. She was by herself and well managed everyone. Very professional, helpful in so many ways and what a pleasant personality and attitude. I really appreciated all her help. Just an awesome person

Went in there yesterday and bought a phone for me and transferred both my boys numbers to there phones so now we don't have to share anymore lol we got excellent service above and beyond u can tell the guy was new but he tried soo hard and did an awesome job and I love my new phone

Nate was the most helpful, knowledgeable, phone store guy I have ever had the privilege of meeting. His ability to multitask and answer questions is really impressive. Metro is lucky to have this guy and I hope to see him again!

Extremely happy with my service here. Rep went above and beyond. Very knowledgeable of products. Great at multitasking she managed four other customers while assisting me in my upgrade and setting up phone. Very professional and pleasant.
