Melody on Main is very well ran and one of if not the best apartment complex in the Mesa area. Been living here for about a year now and have no complaints, everyone who works up front is very kind and helpful. Bailey has been very helpful with dealing with leases and answering questions about specific issues.

Was really hoping Id be able to write a good review but there's not a whole lot of good I can point out. The pool was nice but other than that there was always bugs and the grills never worked and when I first moved in I had issues with my car. And now upon moving out I'm being lied too. Super sad it turned out the way it did we ALWAYS paid our rent on time and communicated issues. I'm grateful that my family and I had a place to live but I would not recommend this place to my worst enemy. If I could put 0 stars I would. really sad after being there almost 2 years

Definitely not the cleanest bugs everywhere , all the stairs area smells like dog piss and people don't pick up after their dogs don't bother to leash either, the pool isn't it swimming condition and hasn't been all summer. Nasty looking water dirt debris, bugs and weird looking worms at the bottom, black mold/algae coming out of the jets that push the water out and rusty razor blades. Pool chairs that have been destroyed by the sun stained and dirty.
Very disappointing since they are advertising a fresh clean pool on their website that doesn't look the same. If I could give 0 stars I would!

The onsite management team, IE: Mandy Felix (mngr) , April (receptionist) are always friendly , helpful , & Very Professional . I’ve been here 1 1/2 years and appreciate all they do for us , as tenants. Mandy Felix is #1 best manager since my time here . It’s great to be able to discuss any issues or maintenance problems as soon as you go to the office .. They are expedient in the resolution , and care about are welfare . The walls are thick , you never here your neighbors , it’s a gated community , a 2 min. Walk to downtown Mesa , light rail ect.. . All pluses (+++’s) in my opinion.. all in all it’s a nice place To live , and I intend to remain here ..

Maddie at mezona was incredibly helpful during my apartment application she answered all my questions and made the process smooth and easy.Highly recommend applying for apartment at mezona .Maddie made it a breeze she guided through everything explained prices and amenities clearly , and genuinely seemed invested in helping find the right fit maddie was incredibly kind and helpful answered all responsive and knowledgeable regarding question about the application process and requirements .Maddie offered guidance through each step making process enjoyable .Maddie professionalism and attention to detail provided confidence throughout the application.mezona on main is highly recommended to anyone seeking apartments .(Joe lopez)

I usually really don’t leave reviews but April was amazing to work with she answered all my questions, guided me through the entire process, and followed up without me even asking. Even over the phone, she made everything feel easy and less stressful. She’s quick, organized, and genuinely cares about helping people find the right place. So glad I got to work with her!

I don't live here but my youngest daughter did, at first it was her and her boyfriend. As long as my daughter says that they are helpful, and it's safe, the cleaning in her studio she'll have to manage and she does, I have not heard anything terrible so that's why I gave the 4 stars. I have been swimming in the pool and in the Jacuzzi it's very nice, the barbeque area can get a little dirty but it's mostly the leaves n such. If you live here and want no bugs clean and keep cleaning your room, just my option in the matter. And I have stayed for over a year in a place far less nice than this and I got rid of the roaches they had in their extended stay place just by cleaning every day. I know at Mezona on main if you asked for help to fight any bugs in your place, I'm sure you'd get that help, we didn't at ours. Just saying. Everyone be safe take care and remember if you truly want better or different in your life and you're an adult who can walk w no disabilities, what life you have is on no one else but you. Want different, you have to do different, or you can blame no one but yourself. Life is what adults choose it to be cause we control only ourselves and what we do don't do how we react and act in situations and with others. That is so. The rest is not ours to change.

I highly recommend to rent at this apartment complex Mandy helped me get into an apartment In no time it was a fast easy process, she is an excellent manager she is super nice and helpful when it comes to questions. Management is on top of their game the apartment was super clean when I moved in.

I toured Mezona on Main recently, and April was the one who showed me around. She did a fantastic job — answered all my questions and made the whole experience smooth. The property looks really nice and well-maintained. It’s in a quiet area, which I really appreciate, and it’s also very close to public transportation. I highly recommend checking it out!

I toured the property on 4/22, and the leasing agent, April, was incredibly kind and informative. She answered all my questions and made the whole experience feel welcoming. I’m definitely planning to apply for an apartment in August—can’t wait to make this place my home!
