I work next door, always get drinks and a snack alot. Most of the staff is always helpful and friendly, think the man with glasses is a manger, isn't rude but seems like he doesn't want to be bothered 😂. I still love it here, rate it 9/10

I brought in a beautiful poster of an art piece for custom framing. The framing manager Russ did an outstanding job! The project turned out beautifully, was fairly priced and done in a timely manner. Thank you Russ for your guidance, professionalism and hard work. I LOVE my picture.

Went to buy felt fabric, but no fabric was available. Had to go to Joann's.

When calling into corporate for Michael's they were able to resolve my concerns. I like shopping at Michael's because they carry all the products I need for my small business.

I bought the wrong kind of foam flower holder - I first bought "dry" but should have bought "wet" - easily exchanged and got money back as "wet" less expensive!

Wonderful arts and crafts store. They have a great selection of many items. A very nice selection of picture frames and also a custom frame shop on the premises.
I could walk through this store for hours.
