The practitioner and everyone there was kind. However, I wish I was warned of how much labs would cost. I got a 1000 bill I wasn't expecting.

I had made on-line appointments for my husband myself. We were contacted and in patient rooms within minutes of our checking in. The process was seamless and Julie, my nurse, was excellent. Highly recommend the Minute Clinic at our CVS at Guadalupe and Crismon.

The doctor here is a psycho. Forced me to wear a mask, PHYSICALLY RESTRAINED ME as I walked in because I didn’t put it on fast enough, and used hand sanitizer THREE TIMES during the 4 minute visit. Terrible experience, I will NEVER come back.

Amy Robinson, NP was one of the sweetest and gentlest practitioners I’ve ever gone to see. She was very delightful, compassionate, and attentive. She made my day a lil brighter while I was very sick and could barely talk. The appointment was also done in a timely manner (I didn’t really even have to wait) but nothing was rushed. I had no issues getting my antibiotics at my pharmacy shortly afterwards. Thanks so much Amy.

Hours state they close at 7:30. Got turned away at 7:10. I got the impression that they are pretty lazy and just trying to get out of there as fast as they can.

Did a virtual minute clinic appt for a sinus infection this morning. I’ve been waiting 5 hrs for the antibiotics. I went into CVS and they said they didn’t receive the prescription. I showed the visit summary that states the antibiotic they prescribed. They can’t do anything. I’ve called 2 times and have been waiting for an a representative for over 2 hours. I’m going to dispute the charge when they charge my card. I’m not paying for a visit if I couldn’t even get the antibiotic. What a waste of time. Just do yourself a favor and go to urgent care.

I scheduled a department of transportation physical. They called me from a number I did not recognize because it did not say CVS so I did not answer it. Received a message to physician wasn't in tried to call back and got a message saying we're busy it's going to be more than 10 minutes if you want to call back leave your number I did that. Later I got a call back from some other number they didn't identify them as from CVS I kept asking if they were and they hung up on me. So I called back the number again and this time stayed on the line for an hour during this time I was doing some work and just had the phone in my pouch waiting for them to answer which they never did. Finally push the option for a call back and may never did.

Minute Clinic is a approved clinic for Veterans! I visited this clinic in April, staff verified my Veterans eligibility. Now September I get a notification from a collection agency for my my visit.
