Went in on a weekday morning with an appointment scheduled. Only a few minutes wait, and NP Jamie was kind and addressed all my concerns.

No Appointment No Problem is their slogan. What a joke. It's no problem as long as you don't show up between 7-7:30, because they're ready to go home and they'll just turn you away, even though the clinic has no other patients! Very disappointing.

Was trying to help my girlfriend get an emergency refill for her anticonvulsants which she's withdrawing from. The lady tried her best to help, and acted fast since she knew it was a desperate situation, but unfortunately she didn't have the power to refill this peticular medication. She was very nice, both ladies were very nice. 5 stars for them.

Good service, unfortunately my appointment didn't happen until 30 minutes after it was scheduled, as I sat in the waiting area

I wouldn't recommend this place to my worst enemy. Michael Wood was the "doctor" I saw today. He was about as useful as a screen door on a submarine. He told me I'm fine and I sound great. I clearly have bronchitis and informed him about the last time I had gotten it, they gave me antibiotics and it helped almost immediately. He told me," I could give you antibiotics but that's not gonna help with this." Well GEE THANKS. I told him how I have been taking mucinex for the past 4 days and it's been doing almost nothing. So he wrote me a prescription for mucinex. I can't tell if this is some sick f****** joke being played on me. But wow I am blown away by how awful of an experience I had and I had to pay them $100 to COMPLETELY WASTE MY TIME. I hope all of you at the minute clinic sleep great at night knowing how incompetent you are at your jobs.

Great option for COVID care! Nurse practitioner was terrific. Getting an antigen test was quick and easy. Since I had mild symptoms and a husband with COVID they followed up my negative result with a PCR and when that was positive they called first thing in the morning info (results came in overnight) as promised and had Rx for Paxlovid at the pharmacy for me.Note that this is a small facility so if you might need X-rays or more advanced care this is not the right choice. But they were efficient, friendly, and easy to use for what they specialize in - simple visits that might need a prescription or COVID testing and care.

Kiosk broken, no one to sign/check in with .Was not seen at scheduled time. No information is anywhere about pricing of TB tests. No one to ask either. Ridiculous to offer services, then staff is unaware of pricing, and there is very little info online

If you want to pay your co pay to recieve NOTHING but ibuprofen and a pat on the back "hope you feel better" then this is the place. They offer no facilities for any type of true diagnostics. No x-rays or referrals. Care concierge not present for hours (not during any specified lunch hour). Why does the website allow you to schedule appointments for achy appendages, but not have the equipment present to diagnose and offer no referrals to a place to get imaging? The doctors here seem kind, but their hands are tied with their limited tools at their disposal for accurate diagnosis.

I scheduled an appt at this minute clinic today for an MMR titer along with a couple other things. Unfortunately, there was no nurse available, so I wasn't able to get the blood draw. The NP working was SO helpful and kind! She checked availability at other locations and made sure I would be taken care of. I was able to get the other testing I needed done, along with my vaccine I needed, and with her help I now have an appt at the appropriate place. I am so appreciative of her patience and kindness during such crazy times. I can't recommend this place enough!

I went in twice to have my blood drawn at this Guadalupe location, which is a service CVS minute clinic provides. NP Maria refused my blood draw both times and rescheduled me twice for another day and another location. I am very frustrated because both times I made an appointment and waited to be seen just for her to reschedule me with someone else. I would not recommend visiting this location.

I usually have good experiences at the minute clinic. Today I am not sure what happened. I signed in and waited 30 minutes. The Medical provider rudely told me that I did not check in. Then she proceeded to tell me that they do not test for COVID-19. This is false because they tested me 2 weeks earlier.

Outside of my mandatory prescription refills the Dr must approve Minute Clinic might be my go to place in general for general medical needs. I read their services offered and it covers most of the reasons for standard Dr office visits. On this occasion I needed a tetanus booster. I was able to schedule a convenient time online. I arrived and punched in the confirmation code. I completed on screen my contact info. I was in within 2 minutes of my scheduled appointment. No sitting around for 30-45 minutes like at ALL Dr office visits after the appt time has passed. They popped my info into the computer, waited a minute for the insurance info to be sent back to them. I received my tetanus and walked out. All done within 10 minutes. My wife had gone to this same location a few days earlier for a flu like issue and was highly pleased as well.
