First off I can't say not one thing bad about this place! the staff are loving to the kids and professional and have taught my daughter so much in gymnastics, and the amazing thing is they have so many classes also and is flexible with you and your schedule and they accommodate so many different ages and classes. they are not competition but they get your child ready for the next step if you want to go there, and also have little competitions for the kids and all the kids get to learn a routine and get a metal to give them a feel of competing. They offer so much for the kids and for the parents also. Ok now for mrs. Carol and Gene the owners first off they bring a smile to my face. they are so caring, there morals and values just as people are great people and they genuinely care about your children success and want the children and you to succeed. I can't thank them enough for the hard work they put into the gym and the dedication to my child. thank you guys I rate you guys 100000% I can't go to any other gym. they are serious about your child succeeding and they at the end become family. I wouldn't go anywhere else except ms carols gymnastics!! :).

My 6 year old daughter has been doing gymnastics here since February. She's already learned a lot and really looks forward to coming every week. The coaches have all seemed super friendly and take the time to help the individual needs of each student.

My 3.5 year old started attending 6 months ago and has really enjoyed it. We did have an issue recently but I'm happy to report that within hours of me reporting it to Ms. Carol, she had addressed it with her staff and had attempted to call me to talk about it. Mistakes happen and I was pleased with how quickly she handled it. Overall I've been pleased with our experience and my daughter loves going.

Both my daughters come here and they love it. They constantly talk about about how nice the coaches are. They have learned a lot in the short time since I enrolled them and the staff is nothing but attentive. If my girls cannot make it to a class, they offer make up sessions which is pretty easy to sign up for. I like that it is affordable, and they have multiple schedule options. Overall our experience here has been great.

I started out with a Groupon for 2 months of dance classes, for my granddaughter that was soon turning 3 yrs old. My husband and I drove by the place on a Saturday around noon, just to check it out, and see if we could speak to someone. They were all standing outside as it was closing for the day. Ms.Carol came right up to our car window and gave us the information we needed to enroll her for the young dance class, ages 4-7. Unfortunately, our granddaughter just wasn't able to keep her attention for the entire hour and she was running around distracting the other young dancers. Ms. Carol came to us at the end of class and suggested we try a different day of the week with a smaller class size. Once again, our granddaughter was just too young and she started running around again. Ms. Carol one more time came up to us at the end of class and suggested for our granddaughter to try the gymnastic class which is for 3-5 yrs old on Saturdays. Well, that was just the class she needed! She absolutely loves it. We explained our situation to Ms Carol about having to go to Florida for some months with our grandaughter and she is even working with us on that issue as well. Ms. Carol is letting us use our second month of classes when we return in June and we left in April! I honestly feel like we hit the jackpot with Ms. Carol's gymnastics class and her entire program as we have had nothing but the best experience and Ms. Carol honestly goes above and beyond to help your child fit in! She never gave up on her and tried everything she could until we were able to find a match for her. I will be a loyal customer and appreciate all that Ms. Carol and her staff does to help these kids!

My daughter has been attending Ms. Carols Gym Kids for about 3 years. She takes multiple classes. The staff is very kind, professional and patient. There is always someone willing to help when you have questions whether it be in person, email or phone. Their classes are affordable and they have a class to fit almost every schedule. My daughters confidence has skyrocketed and she looks forward to attending each week.Gennette Amos

My youngest attends here and loves it. She goes each week has great dance instructors. Ms Carol also puts on showcases a couple times a year. It's fun to bring the family to see what the kids are learning. We love Ms Carol.

I have had three daughters at this gym for the last 4 months as beginners. While attending we ran into some scheduling conflicts and understanding the cancellation policy I emailed to see what we could do. Ms. Carol was accommodating and helped us find make up classes, so we didn't lose out on tuition. I was appreciative of the flexibility. The mini meet we just attended was great exposure for the girls to try out some skills, and we appreciated that it was relaxed.

My daughter is 3 and started coming here a few months ago and loves it! She’s learning to listen, follow along, and work well with others. The staff/coaches are great with the kids and very patient and makes every session fun! My daughter always walks out happy and tells me she did great and had so much fun.

My toddler looks forward to coming here every week. I really enjoy being able to watch my toddler at a closer distance at this gym where at other gyms they don't allow it. The rates are also good and not overpriced.

Ms. Carol's Gym is poorly run. They assign your child to a number (similar to the prison system), and no one, and I mean NO ONE, takes the time to learn your child's name. The coaching is mediocre, but we continued to go as an introduction for our three-year-old daughter, who loves to dance and tumble. The owner, Carol, is terrible at communication. She needs to learn how to talk to parents and address situations professionally. She comes off as very burnt out with owning a business and doesn't even realize that her loathing for kids is eating her alive. Because my husband and I have had to deal with her nastiness every week, I am happy to say that we withdrew our daughter after three months. It is not a family-friendly establishment. You are just a number to them, not a human being. Occasionally my son has had to come to my daughters' session with me. Ms. Carol told my four-year-old son that the bathroom was for clients only (as if we weren't paying clients and just strolled in off the street looking for a restroom). This is a case-by-case scenario, depending on whether you deal with Carol vs. someone else. My son has used the bathroom in there before. However, parents should be aware of this before signing a contract with this gym.The straw that broke the camel's back was when Carol walked my daughter out of the gym barefoot after having an accident. This made her feel ashamed, as she didn't feel comfortable telling Ms. Carol she had an accident because someone had previously left poop smeared all over the toilet. We raise our daughter not to use dirty things, especially toilets. Ms. Carol responded that they do not have enough staff to ensure the bathrooms are clean and safe for the next child. Something else parents should be aware of before signing their child up.My daughter was in the Tumbling class for toddlers ages 2-4. Many of the kids have had accidents, but after my daughter had an accident, she was singled out. Ms. Carol asked her minions, aka managers, to ask me to take my daughter to the restroom before class. She could have asked me herself, as I was just talking to her. She is not going around to every parent asking them to take their child to the bathroom before class, just our daughter!I am writing this review for the parent who was like me, wanting to find an inclusive, warm, and friendly place for your child to grow, learn and build confidence early. I'm sad to report that this place is not it. Your child deserves the best, and never should you settle for any business that treats you like anything less than what you deserve.

Don't know about attending here as I only worked here. I do know as an employee I was scolded over the microphone in front of everybody at least 4 separate times in like the 3 weeks I worked there. Not only did they have the floor beams on basically hardwood, but when a child rolled onto the wood she had the audacity to tell me that it was my fault and she's "humiliated" by my teaching skills. If you see a kind side to ms carol just know it's completely fake! LUCKILY I had health problems that caused me to have to leave Ms carols and work elsewhere. If you are looking for a good gym in Mesa check out Fortis! They actually care about their employees.

I am actually shocked with the "performance" that my children were in. Not only did I spend WAY too much money on their "costumes" but the amount they were charging for this was mind boggling. I have never seen a dance performance in a gymnasium unless I was in school watching it. Typically, almost literally always, performances are performed in an auditorium where people can sit comfortably ESPECIALLY considering this insane time limit. The utter chaos and sh*T show this performance is enough to leave this place. It literally looked like a jr high dance squad put on a show. And who takes the time to practice the day off DURING the time people are outside waiting to come in and others inside watching? Truly confused of the purpose of that. The entire show was absolutely horrendous. None of the kids knew what they were doing, crying because they didn't know what they were doing and on top had to do two half done dances. The gymnastics show was just poor. My children and I sacrificed our saturdays for that? Never again. The only thing good about this place is their young coaches. My kids really love their coaches (not Ms Carol). Which is the only reason I am giving two stars. I will be pulling my kids out and finding a place that can actually put on a show and isn't just trying to be greedy. Plus most of these reviews are bribed reviews to get a "free months tuition". What a joke.
