I ordered a part overnight only to be told the next day that their truck doesn't run on my pick-up day. I asked why overnight was an option when it wasn't a possibility, and the staff member chuckled. He went on to state that people are always upset about the delay. I suggested that he update the system so customers could make an informed decision because I ONLY purchased the part from them because they offered it the next day. He was silent. The next day, so basically, the 3rd day I called to check on my part, and the man who answered the phone was rude. He said that I needed to speak to Casey. I asked if I could give him my name so he could check the system. He repeated that I needed to wait for Casey. He then said, without taking my name that my part would be available for pick up in a few days. I questioned how he obtained this information without asking my name and was told that he received no deliveries today. I was livid so I drove to the store and guess what, my part was magically there.

I believe that NAPA is a good company. The workers here… were okay. It was awkward, no one spoke when I said “Hey, how’s it going”. Also, when I got ready to buy, it was very hard to get the staff to talk about the product.

There is an older gentleman who works here who is very rude. I only get a 5 gallon bucket of oil and he never offers to help me. The other staff have always offered to help either with a cart or carrying it out. This guy needs to retire if he can't help a woman out to her car with a 5 gallon bucket. Sorry.

This location had everything I needed for my foreign car. The correct gear oils, parts and even the specific funnel and tube we needed. We had been to Auto Zone, and O'Reilly's. This Napa location had everything in stock. Very friendly staff and convenient.

Dropped a battery off here to be charged (12.4v), left it overnight and picked it up the next day. The guy behind the counter tested it and said it was fully charged and good. Brought it home, installed it and it barely got the starter solenoid to pop out. Checked the voltage and it was 12.3v (not charged). Wouldn't recommend this store.

Bought a battery here. In less than 20 minutes, I was back on the road. I did not have to install the new battery myself. I did not have to dispose of the old battery, and I did not have to pay extra to get it installed. Amazing service!

I have come to this location several times, it seems like they always close early, they don't even stick by their posted hours.

Napa has those hard to find parts that no one else does. I worked for one of the stores years ago and even tho Oriellys has most my business now sometimes you gotta just pay more to get the right part from Napa

I needed a part for a Jeep, and they gave me a part that didn’t fit. I brought back the original part and showed him, requesting help and he told me I need to do more research. So I did my research at Autozone and they were able to help me. Thank you Autozone

Came in today to get warranty on some spark plugs I bought a couple months back, in the box it says 5 year warranty, straight up the employee at the checkout was telling me I needed my recipe even tho I bought them online and with my number, now I'm knowing that their system deletes all the recipe and info in 6 months, the employee had an attitude and called his manager telling him this kid wants a warranty lol. he straighten it out right away but did not get my warranty, I've been buying napa parts for my vehicles for years, from now on not buying from nappa.
