Brand new side by side caught fire.
I’ve had nothing but issues with everything from this place.
1. Sold me Rims and paddles without a key. Made me purchase my own key.
2. Helmet padding came unglued after the first use and fell apart.
3. On my first ride in my yxz, the valve cover bolt fell out, oil spewed everywhere and didn’t notice until the exhaust caught the machine on fire. And no one was injured. However this could have been a catastrophe.
Needless to say Nash sells cheap equipment and the service is terrible.

Worst experience buying motorcycle! I knew what bike I wanted in there stock (It was on sale) how I’d pay for it who would provide insurance. Then three hours later when they have finally finished the paperwork after adding 3k in fees I’m told, “well you can’t take it just yet. We still needed to put oil in it, fill up the tank and then take it for a shakedown cruise.” Two hours later they bring out the bike and say to me OK, your to go but you’ll need a trailer because the bike doesn’t have any gas in it. I made them throw in a new helmet and gloves. It only cost me $12k for a last year’s model GSX-S750! Glad it was on sale with the no haggle pricing I would have walked away. Damn should have.

I am speechless with the amazing service i received from nash today! Want to give max a special shoutout for taking care of me helping me out with tire sizes, drew with going above and beyond with his amazing customer service, michael just being an awesome person to have around. And last but bot least issac for assuring every customer is treated right. GO NASH!

I stopped in recently to check on used adventure bikes and they had 2 used ones that would work for me. I went home to think about it and the salesman, Tyler, called me to follow up. Good sales move. I bought the bike over the phone and then went in the same day to pick it up and go through the sales process. They made it a very easy procedure for me, and I would certainly go back to Nash.

My ‘24 Commander had a drive shaft rattle that CanAm, under warranty, was fixing. I reached out to Max in the Service Department and he was 1st Class, the entire time. I also called out where the doors were off, creating gaps, and he had those fixed under warranty, no problem. I threw him (2) curveballs for a possible rear window (to mitigate dust - net wasn’t cutting it) along with a 2nd key. He priced everything out along with timing and made it an easy decision. My experience started out a little rocky when trying to purchase a new Yamaha from Nash Powersports, however, Bill and Brandon stepped in and very quickly turned it all around. I am incredibly happy with the service I received, and in fact I went in looking for one but left with two new bikes. Thank you Bill, Brandon, RJ, and the whole Nash team for making two little boys very happy. I received an incredible deal and will continue to go to Nash for all my power sports needs.

I cannot complain with the service I received from Nash. Called the shop with my bottom line. Brandon the owner answered, said he would call me back. Called me back with his offer. I cancelled my negotiations with ride now and started communications with Lincoln, who eventually gave me to DJ. They were super patient, fast, and didn’t give me an issue at all. I got a good price on what I wanted and it worked out for everyone. Awesome experience compared to the garbage competition ride now has to offer. My buddy may be in the market for a bike so I know where we will be going for that. It’s awesome how throwing someone a bone once keeps a customer for life. Thanks guys.

Unfortunately had a poor experience getting my CRF forks refreshed with new seals. The service cost almost $700. Within less than 5 miles the front brake caliper had worked itself loose and fell off. Fortunately there wasn’t an incident and I was able to find the bolts a way back.
Before writing this I fave Nash a genuine opportunity to make it right. I shared photos including the odometer at when the caliper fell off. They were unwilling to work with me so I am cautioning you now. If you choose to use them triple check their work. It’s unfortunate.
