Got my first pedicure, my nails were in bad shape from wearing work boots and shoes all the time

Hard to believe that the health department has not closed them down, not sanitized. Instruments used to cut your nails or scrape the dry skin off is right off their tray. No cleaning solution to clean tubs just water. I told the lady I don’t like fat nail, She just doesn’t listen or care. My nails were so hideous I had to pay somebody to remove them.

I went in yesterday 4/3 to get a a full set meanwhile I was at discount tire. This is the quality I received the owner Anna said she would credit me $20 for the $45.00 set, I’m all the way Chandler/ ocotillo area 45 min drive I can’t just drive so you can look at my nails and fix them but attached are pictures for proof. I’m not rude I didn’t want to make a scene especially because I was in a hurry to get my car back from discount tire to get back to work (it was never mentioned I was in a hurry therefor the quality shouldn’t have been this bad.

My boyfriend and I went in for pedicures. We do have kids and I made sure to get them a snack and activity to keep them occupied. Due to this I generally anticipate tipping more just because kids can be annoying to others. When we walked in the place was not busy at all. Customer service 2/5. Woman who answered phone was very friendly.
Man who worked on toes was not friendly did not smile at all. I asked a couple questions and was completely ignored.
Nails service was okay. I am usually fairly particular about how nails are cleaned. I would give 4/5 for toe cleaning service. I was not offered callus removed and when I declined sugar scrub (because I exfoliate daily at home) I was then responded to with clear distaste in the refusal
Massage was mediocre. I timed how long hot rocks were on and it was literally less than 2 minutes. I didn't even risk a paint job and opted to leave toes naked.
Shop was what I would consider hole in the wall.
Outdated and cords to electronics out for display.
Would not go back unfortunately.

Amazing service everytime my mom and I come here. I have really bad heals and they take the time to clean them up everytime. The staff is always friendly.

Probably one of the worst most pointless pedicures I have ever had. The only reason I can tell I had a pedicure is because my toes are painted. When I go to other places o leave with smooth feet. The man who did my pedicure I could tell did not want to be there and just rushed. Asked him can you please scrub my heals again because he just went over them once for 5 seconds if that. He then scrubbed again for another 2 seconds maybe. They were not busy at all so there was no need for him to rush. No part of the Pedicure was enjoyable even the massage was horrible as well. I would not recommend unless you just want a polish change or something.
