Jerks! I would drive to Tucson before going back to this store.
On 3/7/2025, I went to pick up a 6’ white board that I had purchased hours earlier online. It was a very cold, windy, rainy day.
After waiting quite awhile for it to be brought up, a guy wheels it up on a dolly. I thought he would ask me to pull my SUV up or wheel it outside for me. He literally turns it and drops it, hard, on its side and says “there ‘ya go”… like I did something to bother him. Since he didn’t offer to help and was pretty rude, I carried by the packing straps to my SUV.
It was a tight fit and I had a large tv in my SUV as well. Between the tight fit, awkward shape and very strong winds, I was really struggling. I was frustrated and needed help. After several attempts, I stepped back to survey the situation. I looked back toward the store only to find that jerk standing in the window watching the whole thing!
I know great customer service is rare but I guess human kindness is following!!!

The lady in the printing department is very rude I will not be coming back, so I placed an online order thinking that it was ready and she gave me an attitude trying to make me feel dumb as I was reading her my order number she was mumbling stuff under her breath, long story short my order wasnt ready but they were standing around doing nothing so I cancelled my order and went to fedex and printed the copy’s myself

Don't bother going to the Office Depot on E Southern. The lady there is rude and disrespectful.

This place is usually okay but, like other retailers, understaffed. Today (11/04/2024) I went to there to purchase toner (MCF7850-DN). I could not find it and there was no sales rep. around. I started to look around for help and felt very faint. I was recently diagnosed with cancer but have not started chemotherapy and radiation yet. I am 67 years old. I went to the only cashier on duty and asked if there was a chair where I could sit down and rest. She said, "No." She was in her 20s or early 30s. I left the store premises and rested in my car before driving home. I get that almost all retail stores nowadays are understaffed but do not understand why the cashier seemed ambivalent to my situation.

I am extremely upset with the experience I had at this location. I came in at approximately 720 PM looking for some pens, a notepad, a basic calculator, rubber bands, and some retractable badge reels. My total purchase was under $35. I was followed around by a man named Taylor who claimed he was the store manager but wasn't. I assumed he was thinking I was going to steal something. It is late and I didn't have any makeup on and I was in my sweats. He then told me that he had piles of go backs to restock but followed me down every aisle I went down. Every single aisle! Mind you, I don't frequent this store often as I work for a company who provides these little items but we do work from home after COVID. I asked him if I went to the other side of the store would he follow me and he then said that there was stuff to put back over on the other side. I don't know if I was being unfairly profiled but it sure seemed that way. I will NEVER GO BACK TO THIS LOCATION AGAIN!

Worst customer service!!! I made an order online. Was told it was ready and was there at open the next day to pick up. I had two snap kids in my car so I ran in and my order was not there. I was told to wait while he rang for another employee. The woman in Print looked over multiple times and ignored me every time. The gentleman finished with his customer, went to look, said it's not here and sent me on my way. My phone was dead so I couldn't gather my order number. I had to come home. Call back with the number and I was told that yes it was there as Dr ready. No apologies or anything. It had my husnands first name on the order as it was his card but they made no attempt at all to even try and help me or find it when I was there. Didn't even ask me any questions. They must likely assumed I didn't know what I was talking about. These stores are not busy and there is no excuse for this horrible horrible service.

Came to print a receipt but they don’t take cash telling me I have to buy a gift card what a waste of my time no wonder they are running out of business the customer service was trash worker could careless

I love this store! I have been working with KIM in the printing dept this week, and she is absolutely excellent in her customer service!!! I will be back, and I will encourage others to use this store too. :))

This store smelled like cigarettes throughout, it was disgusting and when I said something to the cashier, he just agreed and said it’s because so many employees there, smoke, and that it bothers him as well! They must smoke all day because this is a pretty large store. So to have it smelling this bad is a lot of smoking! Heck they may just be smoking inside for all we know!
