Story time! I was trying to get carpet added to a wooden ladder I built with my father, and I tried going to multiple carpet shops but they all refused a job this small. When I brought it up to OK Corral they were more then happy to take on the task. They worked with me to find a good color match for my needs!
From their they took measurements, marked out on the rungs where the carpet would be, and went to work. They were done in under 2 weeks of waiting between waiting for the carpet to come in, sending it out to get the sides bound, and assembling the pieces onto the rungs of the ladder for me.
All in all, super friendly and fast service, nice big selection of flooring, and you can tell they take pride in the quality of their work!! Highly reccomend them for all of your flooring needs!

OK Corral installed carpeting in our house. They communicated with us through out the entire process, answering all our questions and concerns. Installers were professional and quick! Highly recommend!

I have used Ok Corral flooring twice now for carpet in two different homes. A few years ago and just a few days ago again.
Each time was awesome. Went and picked samples. Everything was available and priced very fair. Carpet was delivered and installed exactly how they said it would be. Never had an issue with the quality of the carpet or the install! Plus they are a local family owned company with a warehouse in Mesa as well.

I’ve been meaning to do this review for a couple of weeks. OK Corral was recommended to us by a friend, and we reached out to have them come out for an estimate. Leon was there on time, as stated, gave us an estimate that we thought was fair, and got us scheduled for the date that fit our needs. Day of the scheduled service comes, and they were at our home early, and ready to get the job done. I, unfortunately didn’t get the name of the employee that performed our job, but he went above and beyond to get the job done, correctly, and in a timely manner. Job well done! We have recommended OK Corral to another friend, and will continue to do so. They have earned my business in the future!

We had a wonderful experience with Claudia and Leonel. She checked in on the job a couple of times a day, assuring that all our questions were answered. Leonel was here to answer technical questions. The job was done a little earlier than expected even though we added a complication.

We had a great experience working with OK Corral Floors. They did great work, very fast and efficient. They also were able to get me a custom carpet that they didn’t have in stock very fast which we appreciated. They had good communication and were able to work with our short turn around time. Overall, I give them five stars and highly recommend them to anyone looking to have a locally based company help them with their flooring..

My husband and I are having work done on a house prior to putting it on the market. We live out of state, so we didn't even know where to start with finding the right people. The realtor we chose to list the house has been working hard to find the right people to get the jobs done. OK Corral was the flooring company chosen to replace the carpets. We were sent pictures of the different types of carpets, we were able to chose, pay the deposit and the carpet was installed one week later. Even though we have not been able to see the results in person, we have gotten very detailed pictures from the realtor. The carpet looks so good and we are very impressed with the promptness of the job. If we lived in the Mesa area, we would definitely choose OK Corral to replace the flooring in our home.

This is the second time we've used OK Corral Floors. The owners and the workers are fantastic. They were on time and completed the floors almost a week faster than expected. We couldn't ask for anything more with our new floors. We love them!!

When I bought my home 2 years ago my realtor suggested them to put my floors in. All of the floors were installed on the arranged day and didn't take too long. The only issue was that the installer insisted on blasting a radio very loudly all day in my 55+ community which was inconsiderate of not just MY environment but the neighbors as well. Fast-forward to March 2021. I have one room left to put more flooring in. It hasn't been done because first I was told the color I want is no longer available. A week later I checked on line and it appears Lowes had it. So I told Leon and he said he'd come measure on a Saturday. The whole day passed with no phone call or indication of when he was showing up. So I called and he and his son arrived a half hour later. They measured. A few days later told they still can't do this floor. Then a few days after that I emailed to see of there was an alternative. Leon said his wife came to my house to have me look at samples. COMPLETE LIE. No one called to make an appointment for me to look at samples...AND I HAVE A NEST CAM AND COULD SEE THAT NO ONE EVER ARRIVED TO MY HOME FOR ME TO LOOK AT SAMPLES. If taking the time to do a floor in one room in my home was too small a job for them to bother with all they had to do was say so and not waste my time. I've run my own business in the past and I would never treat customers like this. Or maybe it was because I'm a single minority woman with a bit of money to spend? Don't hate. Bad business practices. Sorry to have to write this review but will seek a better company to work with and finally get my guest bedroom completed.

He was prompt honest and did an amazing job. There was a miscommunication and he worked hard to fix it as soon as we discussed it. Leon and his crew were reliable and i will be calling him again. I've lived in the new flooring he installed for almost 4 years now and it still looks great! Most inexpensive of the 8 quotes i got also! You won't be disappointed!

Don't waste your time going down the list wondering who to call. Just call OK Corral--Leon and Claudia are awesome! Their prices are reasonable and their customer service is stellar! They went above and beyond to make sure all my questions were answered (even the d*** ones) and kept us informed of the timeline from order to installation. The morning of the install the guys came in ready to go-they moved all the furniture, ripped up the old gross stuff, and had new padding and carpet in seven rooms in the course of 1 day. YES!! ONE DAY! These guys are rock stars!! I've been in other homes with new carpet and they have a funky lingering smell after. I assumed all new carpet comes with that smell and I was dreading that. But guess what--Not OK Corral. Of course you have the seaming smell as they get everything installed, but when they walked out and we sat down to look around and admire our floor-we couldn't smell a thing. And yes, they put the furniture back too! Thanks Claudia and Leon for making our home look like brand new! So if you've read this far--just commit and give them a call. You won't be disappointed. :)
