This place is great, not sure why everyone is losing their minds over a small up-charge for card transactions. It costs the company more when you use a card, pay cash if it's that big of a deal. The people here are friendly, I can expect consistent quality, and the rewards system on their smoothies is great (more than enough value back for the couple extra cents i pay).

Bottom line: They are skimming your credit card transactions for extra money. This place is three minutes from my house and I used to love to stop in for a post workout protein shake. I would also buy my supplements from them. About six months ago, I noticed the transaction fees weren't adding up to the time of 5-15%. The first time I noticed, I was handed the credit card terminal receipt with no detail. I asked for an itemized receipt and the associate told me that their system couldn't do that. With a line full of people, I didn't want to make a big deal about it but I knew it was BS. That's not how retail POS systems work. On another trip shortly after this, I brought my wife along for a shake and, since I don't carry cash, I asked the associate to add $5.00 tip to the credit card transaction and he did...and then some. I was charged $12.00 over the cost of two shakes and the TPT sales tax. When I noticed the charge, I said "something's wrong here" and asked why the charge was so high. One associate behind the counter said "tax" and the one who was helping me looked "caught" and said he messed up and tried to hand me cash back. I told him to keep it. I was done. Today, I needed preworkout and forgot to order it online. I went against my judgement and went back to this store. I justified it that I am just buying one product and there's no way they would try this again. Unfortunately, I was wrong. Take a look at the receipts. I was originally handed the terminal receipt for $45.00 and, doing the math in my head, I knew that 8ish% of 39.99 would be roughly $3.20 in tax. And $45.00 even is an odd charge and a nice round number. When I asked for an itemized receipt, I was given one. When I asked what the "non cash adjustment was for", the associate said "tax". I replied, "No, tax was already charged" pointing to the itemized receipt. After she looked at it, she blamed terminal fees. She encouraged me to bring cash next time. Ha!There won't be a next time. This is either an employee problem or a management problem. In any case, it's wrong, illegal, and outright theft. I've never had this problem at any other location. Someone needs to get a handle on this business.

I went into this location around 630pm asking if they had Chromium. The guy working there had no clue what I was asking for. Not sure if this company educates employees on there products. I was there for 5 minutes and walked out. I was very disappointed.

the drinks here are honestly so tasty no cap. i rlly fw the chocolate banana smoothie , y'all should get it fr. the staff is super friendly and goes above and beyond and makes me feel like a queen everyone I go in , Steven is my fav.

Customer service is back to like years ago, not a word and it was like we were bothering them.He was in the back, never heard us come in and we finally got his attention and oh boy did we get an ugly look and he did not say one word.

THIS IS FOR THE ONE STOP ON GREENFIELD AND MCKELLIPS IN THE EOS PARKING LOT! So sad with the service today. Me and my boyfriend were super excited to grab a quick one stop (we LOVE their protein shakes!) after our workout. We cut our workout short to make it there in time before they closed (walked in at 7:30, a whole 30 minutes before they close) and we were greeted with “uh…. hi were you guys going to order something? because we just put everything away. I mean maybe we can still make you something if it’s easy enough. Like maybe strawberry and banana?” Definitely not going to be paying for a shake that isn’t the kind / flavor we want. Unfortunately we decided not to get anything as the two kids working kept making it seem like such an inconvenience to serve us. Definitely won’t be cutting our workouts short to grab protein shakes from them anymore. We left and drove all the way to a different one stop where they were more than happy to serve us!

This is the first time I was not allowed to get the full amount of the protein drink that was made. I have been a customer of ONS since their first store and go to locations throughout the valley. The young lady said I was not allowed to have the extra and said that is a policy of theirs and has always been their policy. It's too bad that the customers will not be able to have the nutrition that is stated on the menu board.

Love the shakes but can be a bit pricey. Wanted to try a new protein powder and was recommended one by the employee. Tried it out and it tastes like cold hot chocolate. I called and asked if I could return or exchange because they allow that at GNC where I typically get my protein powders. The response was since it was opened they couldn't do anything. So now I'm stuck with a $40 container and have to go buy some more. Really wish they had better policies but I guess I will be buying my protein from GNC in the future

I wont be going back to this location. The guy has a really bad attitude all the time. He just doesn't have good vibes. The same with the girl that runs it with him. The guy could use some anger management in my opinion. Very tense all the time. He got mad because a few customers walked in and was complaining he can't get nothing done. Was getting mad at the iPad that you punch your number in to get a free shake not to mention he hides the iPad behind the counter so he doesn't have to do the free shake system. Their shakes are more expensive compared to other locations. Him and the girl bicker a lot as well. I'm surprised they've been in business this long.

I love this place! The workers keep changing so it’s hard to keep names straight but I love the service! They’ll take requests for specific items you’re looking for which is awesome! And they’re always friendly ?
