Tried out a free class yesterday but Michelle and Melanie were so great, I decided to join. If you lack motivation to work out and are into tracking your progress in real-time, this is the place to be.

I love this gym and all the coaches so much! I know Coach Dylan will unfortunately for all of us be moving. I want to say he's always super energetic and knows how to make everyone smile and get pumped up to work out. He's helpful explaining if I'm not understanding an excercise. He's just super amazing!

I am very sorry to hear that Dylan is moving from AZ. He is one of my favorite coaches. He brings great energy to the gym and makes me want to put more effort into my workouts. I also appreciate him making sure that I use proper form in class and avoid injury. And his music sets are ?.

I work entirely to hard and to much to have my time wasted. Communication was NOT key at this location. I expressed multiple times how far I would be travelling and the time I got off work and they just let me waste my time rushing to arrive 5 min before a class started and be advised in front of everyone that I wouldn’t be able to participate. I knew that would happen which is why I tried to express the situation with my location over the phone to avoid this ! If you don’t live close and might miss that 15 min window don’t waste your time.

Love this place so much for the first time. So funny story so 5 minutes before my class, I left my keys in the car. They had a long ruler that helped me to get my keys. The staff was sweet, welcoming and didn't look annoyed when you spoke to them (like some gym's) I took a free class with Veronica on Saturday and it was excellent. I like Orange Theory because it's more intimate then Planet Fitness and the exercises they have you doing is great and I was sore the next day. Everything inside was new and advanced in tech and clean. I would recommend it to anyone and they currently have a promo for $89 a month and it's worth it. They didn't pressure you or spiel you to death about joining and I loved that even more. There was an older Young Lady there and she in my opinion was best in class so it's for 21 and up but worth it.

If you join this location (or probably any OTF location), be prepared to have an incredibly difficult time cancelling. They require 30 days which does not mean 30 days from your last work out. It means you have to cancel 30 days before your next billing cycle. So, if you try and cancel 10 days into your cycle, you will still get charged for the next one. So, it creates a situation where you will likely get charged for two months but you have received no services. Plus, you can't cancel your membership on their app, you have to get in contact with the location you signed up with and sign a paper. The whole system is designed to draw out as much money from the customer as possible. Their business model thrives on charging additional fees (e.g., $12 for missed classes), (even if you cancel the morning of and even with the unlimited membership). Think twice about signing up for any of their challenges. My husband signed up for the $25 mayhem challenge that was supposed to include a t-shirt. I'm not even sure if the shirts even came in, They were delayed over a month and we moved out of state by then. My husband asked for a refund after waiting almost a month for his shirt and they offered to ship it to him ("when it does come in"). Now that we have moved, we are finding out that you have to cancel from the one location before you can move your membership to the new location. And you might find the new location charges a lower fee per month (as is the case for us) so you will be paying the OTF in a different state for using a gym across the country. There really needs to be flexibility for members who are moving, so the members can immediately transfer their membership to their new location. All things considered, it seems that OTF is designed this way....to have a corporate overlord structure that does not benefit human relationships. This location is very hard nosed about the corporate structure. Once you find this out, you realize that this is a business that only values your money. It's not about helping you be fit, it's about squeezing you for every dollar they can.

False information constantly given at this location. I was promised a discount on the next month’s bill for referring someone but was charged the full amount. Once I brought it to the attention of the store manager, I had to follow up with her for a couple weeks on the status of my refund, which was ultimately given to me on Visa gift card. When I asked why it couldn’t just be refunded to my account, the store manager had no answers. They also told me children had to be at least 14 years old to wait in the lobby, but when I brought my 14 year old niece, they said no kids of any age were allowed to wait in the lobby. The girl at the front desk was very rude and aggressive about it as well, giving a lot of attitude. The trainers and most of the front desk staff are great and friendly. However, if you have ANY problems at all, I recommend going higher than the front desk / on site manager because they will do absolutely nothing and pretend everything is out of their hands.

Coaches Veronica, Dylan, Crystal, and Kim know how to keep you motivated and create a team environment! The rest is up to you (meaning showing up)! I admit there are weeks when I struggle with that, but the weeks I make - change my world! Equipment is always clean, playlists are on point, and each coach has there own way of teaching the team! The OTF community is strong at this studio!

The leadership there by far is lacking. No one is accountable, you get promises that leadership higher than branch manager will be contacted. Wait a few weeks, only to be dismissed. AGAIN. I asked for humanity and they have shown me that I am just a former member number. Heaven forbid you bring someone in, there’s always someone to stalk them via text, but no one to help when needed.
