Not a good experience we needed a truck battery and they wanted $250 and I just mentioned to the cashier this is probably more than we want to spend so I looked on the internet and was set AutoZone has one for like $125 bucks a 1-year warranty and I told that to the cashier and she said oh they're probably like motorcycle battery

Ordered my part online for pickup the next morning. Although the price was a little higher than a popular online parts place, I had what I needed quicker than waiting 5 days.

I specifically asked if I purchased jumper cables if I could return the next day with receipt, had receipt and the nit wits behind the counter the next day said nope even with receipt. The bait and switch just to get you to buy something is ridiculous, never shopping at O’reillys again.

Great! I would give it five stars but I believe I came during rush hour. There was only two workers and they we bilingual! That was a great experience to witness. Very helpful!

514 E Southern Rd Mesa AZ- Outstanding customer service- answered phone on first ring - verified part in stock. Greeted when entering store, retrieved part for me - brake light -and installed it for for free. Highly recommend this store!

I went to O’Reillys today. I got in line just like everybody else and I waited for my turn. I waited about 15-20 minutes. While I was waiting people got in line behind me not waiting as long as I had been. He gets to me and I asked him to please check my (check engine light) and he tells me to stand aside so he can help all the people behind me, which is exactly what he did. The people behind me could have waited just like I did. I have never been treated like that they’re ever! I will never go back.
