Always get great customer service there! Went there today to get a new battery for my 2017 Nissan Titan XD and I had no idea what to get... The guy behind the counter, I believe his name was Lorenzo ( The big guy who's the manager), looked up the battery I needed, installed it for me, and went as far as teaching me how to do it myself! This man needs a raise and a beer! Big shout-out to his assistant behind the counter as well!

Well what can I say about O'Reilly Auto Parts they always have what you need for your vehicle and then some only problem is the wait time in line everybody who goes there always have questions to ask salesperson behind the register and that tends to drag out time 10 minutes here 15 minutes there and so long and so on you get the point LOL

They gave me the wrong part, the funny thing is that it is not the first time, this is the 3rd time, so far this year and it is the same person, it really seems like he is doing it on purpose, 22 identical studs and nuts and the next different pair, good reason to have to go back to the store, thanks.
