Went in today Sunday afternoon, needed to replace tail light bulb on my mini van. The employee Jimmy REFUSED to replace the bulbs for me!! Mind you there was not another customer, he told me to go home read the manual and do it myself!! I am a female senoir with no tools, I shop at Oriellys because of the great helpful customer service. Jimmy needs to go!! I drove to the location on Main St and Lindsay they replaced my bulb in less than 2 minutes!

Horrible customer service. I came in to buy a battery, the woman was with another customer checking him out at the register and they sat there and talked for 25 minutes about random things that had nothing to do with what the man was there for. I said excuse me once and she completely ignored me. I literally stood there just to see how long it would take because I could not believe she was acting like I was not even in there. When I got to 25 minutes I just walked out. Extremely unprofessional and rude. My family will never be using them again.

Some products that I have purchased are way overpriced. Simple Green 21$ for a gallon. 10 bucks more than the competition. Air nozzle with gauge. 30$. 10 bucks more than the competition. Down the street. What givith?
