Seemed like the people working there didn't like that they were there. I went in for a few parts and had some questions. I gave them the info for my car, and instead of showing me or helping me, the one guy just told me the what aisle to go in. I've never had that type of service (or lack of) at any auto parts store. Then after, I had grabbed my items to check out, the lady behind the counter checked my items out. She must've forgot she was at work, because she didn't filter her words. I get times are rough and stressful, but you still need to be professional or stay home.
I gave 2 stars instead of 1 because the prices were better, but the service was bad. They didn't even ask to help install, which is part of the service they are supposed to provide. I went to another location almost ready to return the parts, but they were very helpful and convinced me to keep my purchase and they helped me with the install.

Several employees there, one really working, several hiding. Then the I guess manager comes out to help because of the backup and so do a few of the hiders. The hiders leave the one working employee to do the tediousness of the job and the rest seemed to take the gravy jobs quick. The manager was quick to answer the phone, she was though.

Called to ask about new battery price and availability and was left on hold for over 10 minutes before I hung up and contacted their competitor

Have been calling every store to order parts and this is the only store that answers the phone, A+ my brothers.

Been a few times I'm speaking to person to look up part and phone rings and they answer and help that person on the phone when I was just being helped. Now I have to wait. Customer service has gone down hill

Robert was very helpful and informed me that my warranty on battery would cover the replacement. I wasn't sure since it was purchased sometime ago. Don helped replace it quickly, and my car turned on right away. Thank you for the great service.

Husband ordered some parts & fluids online. Went to pick them up but they only had 3 of the 5 gallons on their order. The online order looked like there should be 5 but no one could explain why they only had 3 on their order. The young kid was very helpful in trying to figure it out, but when he got the manager, the manager seemed immediately short with me, didn't really care to try to figure out why there was the discrepancy. Come to find out after about 20 minutes of back and forth trying to get the other 2 gallons, THEY DIDN'T EVEN HAVE THEM! So apparently, because the items weren't in stock, they kicked the other two gallons off the order even though they were still showing on the online order! I don't blame the kid but the manager could have figured this out if he wasn't more interested in just getting me out of the store. I thanked them politely anyway as I left, but the manager didn't even acknowledge me which I found off putting because he was the one who wasted my time. So I'm writing this review to tell him specifically. Next time that happens, maybe check if you have the items in stock, it was a simple answer that could have been reached with a little common sense.

The battery prices are a little higher than many others , however, the real issue is they offer free battery installation but even management doesn’t know how to do it correctly and safely install the battery claiming it was the wrong size which wasn’t the case here.

Well based on other reviews I'm seeing for this location, it looks like I'm not the only one that notices. Michael, the store manager, is an absolute angry bitter old man that either hates his life or working here. Just doing his job of looking up and pulling parts, he was dropping F bombs and swearing several times about me and other customers walking in the door. Maybe it's time they find another manager that can help customers with a smile and simply doing their job
