Husband ordered some parts & fluids online. Went to pick them up but they only had 3 of the 5 gallons on their order. The online order looked like there should be 5 but no one could explain why they only had 3 on their order. The young kid was very helpful in trying to figure it out, but when he got the manager, the manager seemed immediately short with me, didn't really care to try to figure out why there was the discrepancy. Come to find out after about 20 minutes of back and forth trying to get the other 2 gallons, THEY DIDN'T EVEN HAVE THEM! So apparently, because the items weren't in stock, they kicked the other two gallons off the order even though they were still showing on the online order! I don't blame the kid but the manager could have figured this out if he wasn't more interested in just getting me out of the store. I thanked them politely anyway as I left, but the manager didn't even acknowledge me which I found off putting because he was the one who wasted my time. So I'm writing this review to tell him specifically. Next time that happens, maybe check if you have the items in stock, it was a simple answer that could have been reached with a little common sense.

The battery prices are a little higher than many others , however, the real issue is they offer free battery installation but even management doesn’t know how to do it correctly and safely install the battery claiming it was the wrong size which wasn’t the case here.

Well based on other reviews I'm seeing for this location, it looks like I'm not the only one that notices. Michael, the store manager, is an absolute angry bitter old man that either hates his life or working here. Just doing his job of looking up and pulling parts, he was dropping F bombs and swearing several times about me and other customers walking in the door. Maybe it's time they find another manager that can help customers with a smile and simply doing their job

I had called ahead about a particular car Polish I wanted. I was told they had it in stock. I drove over there only to be told it is only available via their internet sales.

I called every auto part store for toyota tacoma air filter, oil filter, and cabin air O'Reilly Auto Parts was the only store who had all three in stock and were quality manufactured parts by big named brands. Thank you O'Reilly Auto!

Employee John super rude. Went in to buy metal men tape asked him if there was anyone who might know if there might be something better that I could use for the back emblem that came off of my vehicle. His response was I don’t know anything about that kind of stuff. So I said, is there someone here who does the entire time he’s piercing his lips at me making snarky little comments like we’re parts people Not auto people. I was like you don’t seem like you really want to help me. He said you could wait to see if this other guy knows something or not or whatever it’s up to you so I stated it seems like you’re not very interested in helping me. He basically says that’s your opinion you could leave or you could stay I left.

This is your standard old no frills O'Reilly parts store. What makes this store stand out to a 5 star establishment is the integrity and professionalism of the management in the way they treat the customers and their staff, thus in return the staff extends that same treatment to all their customers.

Store was busy but I was in and out pretty quickly with what I came in for. Both people I spoke with were friendly and helped direct me to what I came in looking for. I also used the loaner tool program which is great and saved me about $80
