Hyrum provided excellent customer service! That being said, the rewards program is a joke with a bunch of "fine print". They weren't able to apply any of the rewards and I ended up buying a pizza at full price.

Let me get this straight. I pay $50 for two pizzas that I have to come and pick up and then bake myself?! The appeal of this place was that I could pay 50%less than having a pizza delivered and the pizza was really good. Now it's the same price and completely a SCAM! Screw this company. Never again.

No sauce?? They forgot the sauce. First time in my life they forgot to put sauce on not one but both pizzas we ordered. If I wanted a quesadilla I would have gone to Taco Bell. Boo! You suck. Will never order from this store again.

We have ordered pizza here 4 times this winter. Every time the pizza has been done before the specified time. It has been good quality. Lots of toppings. They have a very good crew working there now.

I love papa m’s but I went into order a medium thin crust…. And was told I couldn’t… the menu clearly says it so I’m confused why I was not able to order it.
