Worst experience renting a truck. Used a total of 80 miles and said we used a quarter tank of diesel. I have before and after pictures showing we did not use that much fuel. Hwy robbery. Front end of truck bounces all over the road. Look elsewhere when renting like uhaul

We've rented from Penski a dozen times and this experience has been the best to date. Very helpful and they explain things like they care about you and wished us good trip. Only downside was the outside windshield was very dirty and extremely hard to get to to clean, but all else was fine. Great location!

Penske took care of us when Uhaul screwed us over.Don't try UHaul just because they offer a cheaper truck, it's not a cheaper if they never actually provide the truck, and give you the run around, and try to convince you to pull a trailer for them to places you aren't going.Just choose penske, they will take care of you as if you were a human being.

Oh my gosh! I cannot rave about this place enough...Uhaul went from $860 to $1350 plus mileage, plus gas, plus insurance, plus, plus, plus. Panske truck and trailer: $509 unlimited mileage, free additional days, and super helpful maintenance guys. Taught my sister and I how to use a car trailer. Less than half the cost of the uhaul...had money for gas. Will never go anywhere else.
