These guys are a bunch of crooksI needed a batteryAnd they wanted to charge me $100 to put it inTrying to tell me that they had to take a bunch of stuff out to put my battery in which was a lie the guy was just lazy, and didnt want to help a veteran and hes wife and kid out There's an O'Reilly across the street they were very helpful And respectfulWas able to put my battery in in the parking lot with without having to remove anything

I stopped by Pep Boys to get a tire checked out, and Ray was the one who helped me. From start to finish, the process was smooth, quick, and super helpful. Ray was professional, friendly, and made everything easy to understand. You could tell he really knew what he was doing and cared about making sure I was taken care of. I really appreciated the great service — thanks again, Ray!

Unfortunate horrible experience even though I have taken all my vehicles here for years. Never before was I made to feel though it was my fault for booking an appointment when they were busy. Rude and unprofessional and will not return

I scheduled a service appointment through Pep Boys’ call center, and everything seemed straightforward. However, when I called the store directly later in the day to confirm a few details, the experience took a sharp turn. The person I spoke with was incredibly rude and condescending from the start, speaking to me as though I was an inconvenience for simply following up. To make matters worse, he hung up on me mid-conversation after saying “I will not help you”.
It’s extremely disappointing to be treated so poorly—especially after taking the time to schedule ahead. I expected a much higher level of professionalism and customer service from a company like Pep Boys. We operate a fleet of vehicles nationwide and I have never encountered this level of unprofessionalism from any other vendor we’ve ever used. I work in customer service and understand things can happen but to be talked down to, yelled at and hung up on just while trying to solve a problem was unacceptable and completely unnecessary

These guys came in clutch for me. My valve stem started leaking out of nowhere while I was working. Popped in without an appointment or anything and they fixed it on the spot in like ten minutes. They seemed swamped but took care of me anyway

Excellent service!
