They require you to call and make an appointment for the self wash station. Yet, everyone working here refuses to answer the phone. So using the self wash station is impossible.

Some of the worst customer service ever experienced. Jackie the manager was absolutely no help and LIED. And Mia the regional manager continually ignored my emails and phone calls. I've been a customer of pet planet for over 5 years, spent thousands of dollars, donated every Christmas, and was treated horribly. Worst thing is that management didn't care and I had to keep trying to reach them.

They carry great products. Staff is kind, knowledgeable, and attentive (but not overly) Bonus is that if your pet doesn't enjoy a new food you have an option to return it

We called ahead and made an appointment for the washing station and had an awesome experience. Super convenient, cheap to use and the staff members were awesome. Spoiled our boy with treats afterward. Definitely going back!

Awesome experience giving Leo (ChowChow) a bath at Pet Planet. We love the private room. The staff there are also great & very helpful!
