We love them! They were so helpful picking out food for our new puppies. They even took back an open bag of food(within a week) that upset their tummies.

I made an appointment and took my pup to the self wash a few weeks ago at the Power & McDowell location . The girl working there was very sweet, informative, and kind. There was another person who walked in at the same time as my appointment and she made sure that since I had made the appointment I went first. It was very clean and cute inside. The self wash area was wonderful. The large basin with the steps for dogs made it so much easier than trying to wrestle my new pup in the kitchen sink or bath tub at home and the sprayer/ hose was awesome. They had every thing I needed right there to give my puppy a good scrub and provided towels and dryers to dry her off with after. I would and have recommended that other people go there and do the self wash it's much easier than doing it at home.

This place has friendly, knowledgeable, helpful staff and the prices are comparable to what you’d find online and better than those bigger chain stores. I can’t believe I’ve never heard of Pet Planet. We’ll definitely be back again soon!

Love this place. I get my food and dog treats for my three pugs here. The store is very clean and organized well. It is easy to find whatever you need. The staff is super nice. Prices are reasonable.Also, if you want to see some beautiful dogs, they have adoption events on Sundays.

Their nail trim person is a cat whisperer. She trims my cat’s nails every six weeks! Best $20 ($15+ tip) I spend! We’re in and out in less than 15 minutes. She’s amazing!!!

Went to Pet Planet to get my dog's nails clipped. The technician did a phenomenal job! My dog is a little scared of having her nails trimmed and the technician was great with her. She was willing to take the time necessary to get her nails trimming even with her being a hard client. She was open to all the questions I had and was able to make my dog feel as comfortable as possible.Added bonus, my dog was able to pick up a reward afterwards since we got them done at Pet Planet. We got a great treat for a great price. The store was clean. The staff was super friendly!Update: The Google information about the price of nail trimming, the hours, and first come first serve is incorrect. When I came the first day I arrive when they opened based off of this. I quickly found out their tech was completely booked. I let them know that their Google Maps showed this information and it still does, so I'm updating my review so that no one else will make this error. Call to schedule or their is an online scheduling website that is on Google Maps sometimes. I will say that when I was going to schedule on the website there weren't many options but when I scheduled with their staff the options seemed to be a lot more.Update 1/30/23: The information has been updated on Google maps and it is no longer there.

Emily at the Point 22 Blvd store in Mesa, AZ is SUPER knowledgeable and kind. She makes you feel like your pet is the only one in the world. She has great suggestions for food, snacks, and toys for the breed you have. Pet planet has high quality products and staff
