This is my usual "go to" for my aquarium. It's not my favorite fish place, but convenient, and the fish people are usually pretty knowledgeable, so that's a plus! Bought male double tailed Beta and three brilliant rasboras.

I was returning a harness that I bought for my old man kitty for Christmas. Unfortunately, he didn't make it for very long after the holidays and never got to put it to use. I went to return the item but I didn't have the receipt or packaging still. The service representative was very kind and looked up my account to find the purchase. He told me I was not within the 30 days (I was two days late) and I would get store credit. I told him I lost my baby boy and he was kind enough to make an exception and offer the refund to my original form of payment. We just lost Spirit last week and it has been incredibly difficult for me. I really appreciate the kindness and sympathy that was shown to me by the petco staff.

I adopted a crested gecko from this petco who seems to have a foot infection of some sort. Wasn’t warned at all and wasn’t at all prepared for health issues this early on leaving me with no clue what to do.

My wife and I went to Petco on Gilbert and University on November 9th at 6:30 pm. Went in there to look at some toys for our neighbors dogs. My wife had to use the restroom and asked if they had a bathroom. The guy that worked their stated they didn't have one. I know he lied because I have used the restroom there before. I think the guy thought we were homeless. Unfortunately we were not. Petco needs to work on not profiling people based on how they are dressed. That night a sale was lost due to being discriminated against.

I bought a large frozen rat. Price on the shelf said 9.99. It rang up 12.99. Alex the cashier had me standing at the register for at least 5 min before he went to the freezer to check the tag. He disappeared. After we both went to the freezer and he saw the tag he gave it to me for the 9.99. He couldn't tell me why it was different.
