Didn’t really care about the customers. Staff wasn’t knowledgeable about products. Manager was more worried about getting her free raising canes tea in the break room than helping me find a watering dish.

Watch your receipts!! Very shady location. Pointed out or do cashier & they were annoyed rather than apologetic. It costs nothing to be polite other than a little humility. Do better.

Selection and staff are fine, but why do I have to wait in line for 10 minutes to buy two things? They staff only one register and apparently refuse to install self checkout.

They always have smokin deals on the cat food that my cat likes and I can't go wrong there. The store is always clean with dogs walking around, so that's a plus.

Shawn made a rude remark that was unnecessary
He asked why I returned the cat food I stated that my cats don’t like it then he proceeded to tell me that’s not it & the reason is the portion I’m giving them
He then said “Im surprised they haven’t told you anything about all your returns “
I don’t need to explain myself but I have 2 picky cats with different dietary needs I’m trying to figure out what works for them I also spend ALOT of money at PetSmart
Shawn should mind his own business & not give pet advice unless he’s a veterinarian & asked
I go to this location weekly but I think I’ll start going to a different location

Clean, stocked well, and staff were friendly and helpful. Unfortunately, I didn't find what I was looking for here, but I will definitely return again.

The girl at the cash register is clueless , she is slow , I haven't checked but I doubt she wrang my order up right ! I got several items and she asked me if I wanted a bag and I am like DUH yes !! And she took forever to bag everything up . I think she was there a couple months ago when I only had two items and she was just as slow and clueless ! Where do you find these people. She didn't even know very much about dogs . Two items I wanted they were out of. Why have it displayed or on your shelf if you don't even carry it ?

Not much assistance from mgr when asking a specific question regarding a product, said they didn't know anything about it and I'd have to buy it before I could look at the enclosed information regarding the product and safety of its use for my pet.

Not very happy with Professional Grooming Service that they offer. I have a 15 year old Blue Heeler that needed some TLC and not even 10 minutes after I dropped her off they say they can’t provide the service. It saddens me to see people so lazy that can’t help the elderly dogs out. The have all the proper equipment that I don’t have at home to wash and groom her, but instead tell me to take her to the Vet. I guess I won’t be going back to Petsmart for my dogs needs anymore. Very Sad

Great place. Have to watch whom checks you out at the register, tho. Had a kid who didn't even try to make sure I got all the discounts I was to get. He was in a hurry and rush me out as fast as he could. Kept saying I got the discounts but I didn't. Got tired of arguing with him and I just left.
