Very bizarre—they advertise grooming is open for walk ins and on many occasions when I’ve tried to just schedule a nail trim they state you can’t schedule an appointment for that and should walk in. Their walk in hours are advertised until 8 and when we walked in today…..they had apparently left an hour and 30 min early 🤣 Apparently, grooming department randomly changes hours depending on how busy they are. Great for a customer to plan around…..

Amazing staff, fairly good care for their animals. Only thing (but has only happened once in the 5 years I've been going here) a bird got out with not clipped wings and was flying around the store, lol. This petsmart also has a rescue like most petsmarts do, but by far the best rescue (nonprofit) with very kind fosters and an amazing cat selection. I got a hamster here about 8 months ago, went to look and they offered me a free one since she was returned from a previous person who put her in with another hamster and she killed it. Very sweet hamster now, lives in a mansion of a home.

This is such a great location. Everyone is always friendly and the grooming staff is amazing, especially Sophia! It's clear she really cares about making the dogs comfortable.
Our dog is incredibly anxious and is especially scared of going to the groomer as she's gotten older. She's been going to this location for the last few years and they're so patient and gentle with her that we've seen a big improvement when we take her.

Went to go buy a goldfish for my 3 year olds birthday and turns out I’m not allowed to unless I also buy a 30-100 gallon tank as well. Mind you the goldfish are kept in what appears to be a 3 gallon tank with 8 other gold fish and they were really concerned about the goldfish dying due to not having enough room. I was prepared to buy a 10 gallon tank with all of the rocks and filters needed to keep them healthy but I guess we’ll have to wait until I can afford mini sea world to buy a gold fish. I am not sure if that is a store policy or not but all I know is that moving two goldfish from a 3 gallon tank into a 10 gallon tank with another goldfish would be an improvement of life for them. This is not only bad business for petsmart but also for all the animal product companies inside. Very disappointed.

Had a great first experience with Sophia to get our 1 year old Chi-Weenie her first groom. We enjoyed her work so much that we decided to bring in our 10 year old Chi-weenie. Her appointment was scheduled for 5:30, and during evaluation the groomer stated “Should be about an hour. We hang out in the shopping center and then come back around 6:30. She is not done yet, so we go and wait in the car. Check in again towards 7:30 “Should be another half hour.” She is done exactly at 8 and I pick her up, at this point I just want to grab her and take her home even though she looked a little strange as she walked out.
I had booked a full groom and furminator, as she has a thick undercoat. No sanitary shave done, her excess fur around her back legs was not trimmed, neck and body were not cut, fur around her paws were not cut. Her poor tail looks strange, and she was still damp!
If your grooming department is not staffed to handle the pets that were booked, let us know! I would have rescheduled rather than having my girl have a janky cut!
