Probably one of the worst pizza hut locations i have visited. All the pizzas had mixed up toppings with my cheese and olive pizza having bell peppers in it. Which indicates a dirty and unsafe cooking environment. And all the dough was undercooked and made me sick. Overall this was the worst experience I have had with pizza hut across 6 different countries and 5 states. Do not recommend unless amends are made

WOW THIS STORE IS A FREAKING JOKE! I HAVE ZERO FAITH IN THEM GETTING OUR ORDER RIGHT EVER AT THIS POINT BC WE HAVE ORDERED 3 TIMES WITHIN THE LAST 2 WEEKS AND EVERY TIME EVERY SINGLE TIME THEY GOT OUR ORDER WRONG!WE ARE A HUT REWARDS MEMBER AS WELL WHICH APPARENTLY MEANS JACK S*** TO THEM, WE HAVE WROTE ON EVERY ORDER EXPRESSING THE INCORRECT ITEMS AND NOTHING HAS BEEN DONE... I AM CALLING THE MANAGER NOW BUT I HAVE LITTLE FAITH IN THEM DOING ANYTHING...

This place either needs to get it together or get shut down. We have had nothing but issues with this location the last 3xs we have ordered. It seems the workers and management don't even care and only want to take our money. There have been gaps between our orders. So you think they would have had time to improve. 1st time, they completely messed up our order and didn't get either of our 2 pizzas made right. Then, when my husband called, they couldn't send out a correct order because they had no one to deliver. Apologized and used the excuse that the mess up was due to being busy. Asked for a refund, and they said they couldn't do that. Just offered credit to my rewards points. Which did not even add up to what we spent, which was over $100, as we had family from out of state that were so excited to have Pizza Hut as they dont have it where they live. I'm very disappointed, to say the least. Points rewarded to "compensate" us weren't even enough to earn a free medium pizza when we paid for 2 large pizzas plus wings and breadsticks. Then I decided to give them another chance as they had a deal to get a free large 1 topping pizza with the purchase of any large pizza. When we received the pizzas, only one was a large and the other a medium. I didn't call and complain that time because I didn't want to deal with them again and figured to let it go since 1 was free. We'll, I made the mistake of giving them yet another chance since they had a deal for Eclipse day and mistakes happen. However, I am furious this time because we never even received our pizzas. Placed order at 6:58 pm and estimated delivery was 7:30. Received tracking updates and received a message that our order was out for delivery at 7:24 pm. Then, I received a message at 7:46pm that the order was running a bit behind and would be here between 7:58 pm and 8:13 pm. 8:20 comes and still no food. So I tried to call them and hit 3 for concerns with your order option, and no one picked up. Try for 10-15 mins with no luck. So I called and hit 1 for a new order just to get told they were closed at 8:33 and couldn't help me. So, yes, I wasn't the nicest to the person as I was done with them at this point. So I did give them a piece of my mind and wanted a refund. Told her this is BS as they have messed up a couple of other times and now no food at all after we paid. Then she tells me she will transfer me to a manager. We'll, that didn't happen as it just rang a couple of times and hung up. Call back and get someone else to be told their systems are down and again can't help but will transfer me. Guess what? The transfer went to a deadline and hung up. So then my husband drives over there, and their doors are locked even though it says open until 12 am and no sign on door saying sorry closed early as systems are down. They literally stole our money, or the door dasher stole our food. Either way, we couldn't get anything sorted out and lost our money as we didn't get food at all. The order wasn't just messed up. We never received it. So not just cost of food but delivery fee and yes we paid 20% tip which is plenty fair. Then we had to grab food from somewhere else as it was too late to cook something.

Recently visited this Pizza Hut there was one person working food all over the floor people waiting unbelievable how greedy these companies are to not actually pay people to work in their establishments

Ordered food from this location. The melts were burnt and unbeatable. Also did not receive half of the wings we ordered (missing 16 wings). When we called the store no one would answer or would simply hand up. Horrible service. Definitely won't be going back. All they're interested in is taking your money

We really enjoyed our food tonight! The only issue was that we ordered for delivery and because this place doesn’t have its own delivery drivers, our order got passed off by a door dasher. We called the store to check on it and Mike the manager was so helpful! He felt so bad about the order that he brought it to us personally. He was so sweet when he came by too! They did a great job with our food and we don’t hold them responsible at all for the order being late.

Got delivered the wrong pizza and had to call over 25 times and kept getting pushed to customer service where they transferred us to the store location and they refused to answer the phone. Customer service was no help and told us there’s nothing they can do. Had to go in store to get a new pizza and had to wait for it to be made.

I am not one to complain unless it was really not a good experience. I am in the industry and understand that we all have bad days and like most places, totally understaffed and I 100% get it. But to pay so much, with the inflation affecting everyone, everywhere and this not being the first time having a problem with this specific store, I feel like attention needs to be brought to someone that can hopefully make improvements to avoid future issues for others.With that being said….I waited 2 hours for my order today. Every time I called, it hung up on me. I finally selected the order option and got through to someone and I was told that they were still working on my order after an hour and a half. 2 hours later, received our food but it was definitely not fresh for taking 2 hours of preparation. It was cold, the pizza was all crust and overall tastes like next day pizza. I have 3 boys that literally sat outside and waited for it to come, only for it to be disappointing when opening the box and realizing, not much pizza to it and that it was old. The only reason I gave 2 stars for the service was because the door dasher that they sent out from their store, was so friendly and sweet. Other than that, not being able to reach anyone at the store until I selected “place new order” was incredibly frustrating to be hung up on otherwise. I am just very turned off by this location and honestly I just want my money back for this order. Hopefully they are able to hire help or offer better training, or whatever it is that is setting this store back so much. I don’t know what more I can say. I don’t think that I will use this location again and I am very sorry.

I ordered thick crust but I can guarantee you it wasn't. And the girl really didn't seem to give a damn what I thought. And it's a pizza to go place there is no atmosphere.

The website is trash! Tried 3 web browsers and the site didn't work with any of them. You're forced to download the app to order online.

This pizza hut has carry out or delivery only. The pan Supreme pizza was so good and it had an adequate amount of topping and was cooked perfectly. Service was speedy and she was efficient at taking our order. Thank you Pizza Hut for a delicious dinner.
