Chris and Kaitlyn were able to take care of everything I needed and made sure my feedback was heard. I had a bad experience at the location near Val Vista where they were badmouthing Chris’s location. Bridget the branch manager from there was aware of the situation and decided to not get involved. Chris on the other hand heard what I was sharing with Kaitlyn and he went out of his way to come out and hear me out and personally took care of everything. Also navigating clean up from the storm the previous night. A true leader helping his team by showing them how to do things the right way!

Called for customer service. Rep wouldn't answer my quesion correctly. Been thru this for 4 yrs...now have to wait for a bill before I can get things worked out!! Not happy!!!

This is the WORST BANK I have ever used!! Something is ALWAYS wrong. Switching banks VERY SOON. ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE!!! DO NOT recommend and never will!!!!!

I had a very pleasant experience with Audrey and Joey. They helped me tremendously. They answered all of my questions with confidence. I felt welcomed and not as if I was intruding. I went there with the intention of moving my account to Chase. However, dealing with them made me want to stay at PNC. Thank you for hiring capable people.

When PNC bought BBVA, all accounts got dropped, staff quit. and online access was dropped. Been on hold for hours trying to get it straight with no resolution.
