So much Greed these days in many goodwills. For instance charging $5.79 for an item and the cost brand new was $4.99, and still marked. This was not an old antique or vintage item either! And no consistency in pricing. You have a bunch of hopefuls in the back looking at Google and pricing things and just using the closest thing they find online even if they are not close to the same!

Some good buys and friendly staff but the restrooms are horrible. Used the woman's restroom which smelled horrible and the stall had poop on the floor. Very disgusting and made me afraid to touch anything else in the store after that.

If you can find anything decent, thank your stars, this place has alot of "professional resellers" they run to stuff coming out the back, first ones to grab off the carts, all on their phones looking up items. They know when the stuff comes out. I doubt they work real jobs ?

This is the store that receives all my donations. Friendly efficient staffing and they are always ready when I pull up to unload. The store has a well maintained vibe and pricing is reasonable on most items. Return policy is such that I can exchange or return if it doesn't seem right once I get the item home. Wide selection of cookware and utensils. Large supply of plastic covered mattresses. Kids toys on top of kids clothing sections. Wide reading selections. Fun store to just look to see if some treasures can be found.

Nasty people in the donation center. They are begrudging with their jobs. I had a RUDE old Hispanic guy today. 3/9/24. I had a full box of books I was HOLDING and kept me standing there while he was chit chatting with a woman who said she was already helped. Then he did not even take the box of books from me. Told me to throw them at the bottom of bin. I asked for a receipt please. He gave me a receipt not looking at me and no thanks for your donation. Nothing. RUDE old coot. Never donating at this location again. Check out your cameras and watch this guy. Nasty and lazy behavior.

If you're looking for clothes then this is the place to go and the fact that it's located in a wealthy part of the city means they tend to have more high-end clothes! Not a whole lot of other stuff but lots and lots and lots of clothes. I go to Goodwill for cheap electronics, small furniture, and odd this's and that's so I struck out at this location.

Purchased a hutch and was told they would hold it for 48 hours. We didn't have a vehicle at the time to haul it away. We came back within the 48 hours only to find out they had sold it to someone else, even though we had paid for it already. The man who sold it a second time even said he remembered us buying it and it was his handwriting on our order receipt paper. Manager refunded us and also mentioned they've been having a lot issues lately with things getting some twice ? super frustrating and disappointing.
