I cannot believe they are still in business.
Definitely had grounds for a civil case to recover my security deposit, but no time.
I wonder if there's a limitation on things like that... as I am free these days.

Absolutely the worst property management company! Do not use!! They won't respond to statement requests, won't address issues with tenants and overall has been an awful business to deal with.
