Little pricey but overall great care

So I got my front brakes done recently at another shop and shortly after I started hearing squeaking, so I assumed I must need back brakes now too. I also knew I needed new tires and some other work done so I brought my truck to Priority where they confirmed I needed back brakes. They put new brakes and rotors on and the new tires and did an alignment and fixed my front left axle. I picked up my truck and immediately went on a camping trip where I noticed I still heard my brakes squeaking and that maybe my alignment didn't seem right. So I bring it back to them and they re-align it and replaced my rear brakes AND rotors again, no questions asked. When I came to get my truck they tell me there's still squeaking but that it must be the new front brakes the other shop put on. So I bring it to the other shop and they tell me it's definitely not their work squeaking and that it's my rear brakes. Ugh. So now I go back to Priority feeling and acting frustrated and they were probably a little frustrated with me too (understandably). But you know what they did, AGAIN WITH NO QUESTIONS ASKED? They replaced the rear brakes and rotors. FOR THE THIRD TIME! AND they for sure verified that it was indeed the front brakes AND they also called the manager at the other shop for me. Mike and Ken are amazing. And I'd like to thank them both from the bottom of my heart for going way above and beyond in customer service. I will be going to these guys for as long a I live in Arizona or I die....whichever comes first!

I had an issue with a stubborn CV Axle that was a little out of my league as an avid DIY guy.. I gave Priority a call and spoke to Mike. To my surprise, they were able to get it in and fixed in the same day, despite a busy schedule!
In today's world of ever inflated prices it was nice when these guys treated me fair and gave me a more than honest quote.
Would recommend to anyone.

I went to this shop only. Ecause it was recommended by someone who actually didnt know about the shop. I asked for a total maintenance check because my lights for both maintenance and oil came on and sometime stayed on. I also wanted oil and filter change. They tol me o some other problems I knew about and I asked them to just do what I asked. When i got home I found that the lights were still on and there was a plastic piece left onmy seat. Seriously. I love how only the 5 star Reports are on yelp when these guys teeated me like I didnt know my owncar. I don't recomend them.

I took my 2018 Toyota Corolla in for it's scheduled oil change and inspection. My appointment was at 3:00 pm and I was out 30 minutes later - fantastic! Owner Ken let me know my tires were not yet in need of rotation, but that everything was looking great. All fluids were checked and topped off if needed, brakes and tires checked, etc. I had been paying almost $100 at a AAA shop in Phoenix (at least a 20 minute drive), and I was pleasantly surprised at the much lower price from Priority. Not only that, it's less than five minutes from my house. I will continue to take "Harry" to Ken and Mike for all his check-ups!Service: Oil change
