Rebecca is one of the worst employees I have ever dealt with. The office door is always locked and she’s never on site. Good luck with calling, phone goes unanswered and never returns calls.

I met Rebecca, and she was awesome! She spent a lot of time with me looking over the unit that I am interested in renting. I explained to her our situation, and she helped tremendously. She walked me through the WHOLE process of getting and renting a unit online and on the phone. I'm looking forward to doing business with her and Public Storage.
