I recently went to look at a storage unit at Public Storage on Guadalupe to make sure that it would fit my needs. When I arrived, I was met by Taylor. She was friendly, extremely helpful and answered all of my questions. When she took me to the storage unit I noticed how clean and secure the property was. That all being said, I rented the unit and plan to be a long term customer. Thank you.

Popped by the other day to get some of my mother in laws Christmas decorations out of her storage unit and had a chat with a gal named Tayler. I never thought much of what goes into keeping these places nice and respectable, but now I do. With wonderful and attentive employees like Tayler on staff, I understand why my mother in law sticks with this facility.

Debra was amazing when I first came in. I’ve never been greeted so warmly. I had so many questions and I never felt like I was annoying her. Do anybody out there come to this office? This is where you feel welcome.

I've been with public storage for over 1 year now and I've had a wonderful experience with this company I do highly recommend getting your storage at this location primarily because Debbie is absolutely amazing and treats you super fair. If any issues arises Debbie is quick to get the problem addressed!

I recently had a fantastic experience at the Public Storage location on Guadalupe, largely thanks to Deborah at the front desk. From the moment I walked in, she was incredibly helpful and friendly, making the entire process of securing a new unit seamless and stress-free.
Deborah took the time to understand my needs and guided me through the available options, ensuring I found the perfect unit for my belongings. What truly impressed me was her ability to help me lower my payments on both of my units. It's not often you encounter someone who goes above and beyond to assist customers in this way.
Her professionalism and dedication made a significant difference in my experience, and I left feeling valued and satisfied. If you're looking for storage solutions, I highly recommend visiting this location and asking for Deborah. She truly makes the process easy and enjoyable!
