Most recent store reset was a big mistake. I like the design of the store, but I shouldn't have to walk to six different aisles to find out whether or not you have Doritos. Put the chips together, put the candy together, and how about getting some sparkling waters that don't have all the additives. You've deleted. You deleted bubbly. Maybe add some spindrift instead of topo Chico. And who on earth buys canned boba. Please.

October 18th 2024 whoever was manning the cash register at 4:10pm gave my little brother incorrect change by over 11$ out of a 20$ bill and sent him away. Incompetent cashiers who need to be evaluated, make sure you check your change if you come here.

One of my top 3 favorite locations. But too many times I've ordered food here it's just been horrible. I just got a sausage croissant with bacon added. And it's cold. $8. People are on the go especially early morning. No one wants to get their destination and realize their order is not tasty.

Had a bit of an issue with an item I ordered, the manager fixed it right away without a hassle. It was a great way to end a bad experience. Will definitely continue to go here.

Definitely going to try to take this to corporate but I did not get employees name but in the process. I have been going to qt my whole life it is my go to and always the 1st store I choose to stop at until this new years eve. Simply went to get gas and beer. I had never seen this employee in the years I've been going to this location. Not only was she rude to me, she was rude to the 3 customers before me. I have never been made feel so awkward and uncomfortable in a store ever. I couldn't believe it, I have never had a single issue at any store as a customer ever. This was a first and last, I will find out that employees name but I WILL NEVER GO TO QT AGAIN ESPECIALLY This location because 1 employee ruined it. Not sure who she thought she was talking to everyone the way she was that night. How do I take this to corporate? Normally I wouldn't care I let everything slide I've never even asked for a refund for anything. It's been 9 days and I still can't wrap my head around why that employee thought she could talk to the customers anyway she wanted.

I was here 2 weeks ago and they ha no extra large cups, ice machine didnt have ice, soda area was filthy and employees need customer service skills. I came back this evening and no extra large cups, ice machine still has no ice & drinks area is still filthy and employees need customer service skills. The Broadway/Dobson store is better.
