Quiktrip is Quiktrip. It’s not Buckys and it’s not Maverick. It’s Quiktrip. You go in you get what you want you come out the people are friendly. It’s usually clean.

Went in to buy some Gatorade’s and Jessica M was at the cash register. Was Very fast and efficient, But also incredibly rude to interact with. At the end of the interaction when I went to go take my Gatorade out to my car she insisted that I take a bag Because she assumed I was going to drop them and then Try to come back and ask for more Gatorade’s because I dropped them. I will admit I had like 12 Gatorade‘, So I wouldn’t of minded a bag just the way she went about. It was incredibly unprofessional. Just a very unpleasant experience overall.

Every time I drink iced tea at this location, it makes me sick therefore, I’m pretty sure they do not clean the containers

Prices doubled overnight for roller food items and the frozen coke seems to never be available. Not coming back to this location

My bank account shows that I used the atm here over the weekend. Have never been near this location though and live about an hour away.
If you're reading this and using the atm as me just know that every atm and business within 20 miles of you is being watched, and the police and FBI are looking for you.

QT gets one out of five stars for contacting with BOK Bank ATMs. I attempted to use it, and it took my card for over five minutes, gave me no cash, no receipt, and the customer service line simply tells you to get with your bank and it hangs up on you. For something as sensitive as cash dispensing, this customer service experience is completely not ok. I have no idea if I've been charged, and there's no way to contact the bank given this emergency. QT needs to drop BOK, and bring in an ATM servicer that has actual customer service available to address issues. Cesar had no idea what to do to escalate the issue either. He tried as beat he could, but he couldn't even get me in contact with a higher manager.

Customer service is great. I have had nothing but good experiences. Alex M. in the night crew is super kind and helpful. He was very patient. He needs more recognition! :) Love this QT.

I’ve lived in this area for over five years and this QT has the worse customer service. Nothing ever works in this store. The icy machine during the summer where Arizona is blistering hot is always down and broken. The ice machine never works. The soda area is always out of order or it’s dirty and it’s really young kids who can care less about Customer service.

Bathrooms are always clean. Rick at the register is always kind and helpful. The pizza is really good & The coffee and Tea are really good, it’s a favorite stop.

While out running around for the day I was in need of gas and quick because i love to test the gauge...Truthfully I just was too cheep to pay Chevron or She'll prices so I drove a few extra miles to QT where I know it will be clean, friendly service and fair prices on gas. Fair for this day and age anyway. This location was pretty easy to get in and out. There were plenty of gas pumps and the lot clean. We did not go in this time so I can't speak on service, but we were in and out in minutes. I should also add it's close to the freeway for easy access if traveling.
