This is a great place to buy awesome muffins from the bakery and a good flavor of Poppi late at night when you get the munchies. Gas is a reasonable price, too, considering everything.

I don’t understand why it’s so hard to follow instructions. Ordered two subs. Mine came wrong. No spinach and wasn’t toasted despite making those selections. When I spend 16$ on some subs I expect the staff to actually finish completing my order before giving it off to me. It was not busy when I came so there is no reason for this mistake.
Also why on earth would y’all spend the money to upgrade your soda machine just for it to be constantly broken. Specifically the far right screen which is the only one with squirt. I have had NONSTOP issues with this location over the years

Love QT. Staff normally super helpful. This location seems to need some attention. Have had a few instances but most frequently i asked if they had spare tips for the air compressor since the one was damaged. The girl asked the manager who said I dont know. And that was the answer that was repeated to me. I dont know. And left at that. Would this be an appropriate answer for corporate? I dont know, not let me go look, or no but thank you for bringing this to our attention. Just I dont know

Worst QT I have ever experienced. Orders don't go through. Food is cold. Customer service is crap. Instead of asking you if you need assistance they blame you for not getting their attention asking for help. Blame system issues. Argue with customers. This has happened on multiple location

Don’t come to this QT. Marshall “manager “ doesnt do his job right. I didn’t ask for a refund, I told him about my situation and now I didn’t have enough funds to get gas because of this. Now apparently he said it’s up to my bank. He couldn’t fix it on his end or nothing. LOW

Thris is one of the biggest rip of qt in mesa and why they are ripping people off on food and coffee ☕️ chrage 3.35 and all the other qt are charging 2.37 for a large cup of coffee and then they don't care about their customers telling them they are over charging me that why I stopped going to qt because they have raised their price way too much and then are cheap out on what they give you so I wacth buying coffee ☕️ from qt because they are charging more in some stores then other ones and I guess it to pay for the new coffee machine in their now sad that a big company like this are ripping of there customers and hiring little kids to run the store in Arizona today stop going to them and there gas makes my car ? run bad

I come to this Quick Trip because of the nice people usually working here. Not today, 4:55 am, hippy looking guy with long hair was extremely disrespectful. Not only to me but to everyone he spoke to. I do not appreciate being yelled at and then walked off on. I can go to the Quick Trip across the street, if I keep getting disrespected.
