I ordered 6 yard signs for my son’s 21st heavenly birthday. I worked with Darrell and Kody through the process and they both were very kind and helpful through the emotional time for us. The signs came out better than I could have asked for and stayed in our yards for my son’s entire birthday month. I greatly appreciate the work they did and their kindness. Highly recommend this printing company. They provided tshirts and sidewalk signs for a candlelight vigil on 3 days notice. Design and quality were beautiful. Thank you Darrell for such amazing service.

I made an order for our 6th grade shirts this year and could not be more pleased with the experience. We had used this company in previous years and loved the quality. Darrell works really hard to create your vision. Offers awesome feedback and ideas if you need them. The service was incredible. They are helpful, knowledgeable, and so kind every step of the way! Very happy to have selected this company for our order this year. We will surely use them in the future as well.

Staff were polite and knowledgeable. They were very fast. They told me it might take up to two weeks but it only took a few days. They were also affordable and the embroidery looked great.
I will continue to get my embroidery work done here.

Terrible experience!! I came to the store a month ago to check on shirts, invoices, stickers and hats for my company, when I arrived one of the employees simply did not know what I wanted and was unable to help me, after he asked his manager he asked me to send him the files by email, after I sent them he took over 4 days to reply to my email and they sent me a quote with incorrect information, I tried to call several times but every time I called the guy at the reception said he would check and hung up, I asked to speak to the manager and asked several times if they could help at all because if not I would look for another company And I won't waste my time, after a few days if not weeks I called again and the guy just didn't know what I was talking about, it turned out that I wasted 3 weeks just buying shirts with the company's logo, just don't go near them if you value your time!

The quality of there embroidery is fine just so I don't sound like an irrational disgruntled customer. We have used this store about 5 times for Mesa Academy uniforms and club sports gear. Now this is the issue. They don't listen to instruction on sizing or placement very well. Our last three orders were completed with sizes way different than we instructed. Some were restitched and when we asked them to go over the old embroidery holes fully knowing the concerns, they stitched above anyway. They are poor on communication. Products take way longer than estimated.Also if you are a mesa academy parent who the school tells you that you have to go here, all logos for MPS are available through the district and can be taken to any embroidery shop.

Rainbow Graffixx works quickly, with exactness and friendliness. They helped me through the process of design and product selection with the patience of Job. They respond quickly through email and their products are a great value! We were able to touch the softness of the shirts to determine which we'd prefer.We kept adding more products and referred them to friends because of how well our needs were taken care of. Coty and Darrell are a hard working team!

I ordered and paid for a baseball cap. There was a mistake in spelling on the hat which I did not catch in the mockup. There was no discussion about a replacement but within 24 hours they contacted me. They had made a new hat at no extra cost for me. I appreciate their quality workmanship and their attention to customer satisfaction.
