Highly recommend Rainbow Restoration of SW Mesa. From beginning to end of what was my nightmare Chance (construction Manager) handled everything we needed to repair my elderly mothers home. His commuication, patience, professionalism and workmanship is unmatched. He was able to coordinate multiple crews and complete all of the water damage timely and within budget. Definitely a winning team!

I started off with a horrible restoration company. When I was assigned an Insurance adjuster, I asked him to refer me to someone more trustworthy and he referred me to Rainbow Restoration. The comparison was like night and day.Garrett, was my contact person throughout this process. He was very patient with me. Helped me find the granite I was looking for by meeting me more than once at the location where we bought the granite from. It was a great match up to what I already had.All of my family and friends could not even notice the difference from the four months of rebuilding my kitchen from what it looked like before.Garrett was honest, straight forward and didn't hesitate to send someone back out when I was not happy with something. I would highly recommend them.

Floor guys installed the floor uneven, when I brought it up they said wrong tiles were provided to them by the project manager! They had to come back n reinstall again which resulted in way longer than expected time to finish the work n still after the redone some areas looked uneven. There was a lot of miscommunication between floor ppl and p. Manager and I had to be the middle person to cross messages between them which was time consuming and frustrating. During the process they left a pile of trash outside front door and their equipment in middle of my front yard (without communicating w me) which is against my community policy n I found multiple areas in the house w dirt n trash/mess that i had to clean up after them. There were times that they didnt show up on the times/dates expected, I wasn't updated with cancelations n new dates unless i called/texted to request to let me know. Copy of docs and receipts were never provided in first place I had to always ask for them multiple times.Service: Flooring

Our upstairs toilet separated from the flange causing water to rain down and soak our first floor laundry room and tear up the tile and dry wall of our second floor bathroom. Rainbow Restoration was assigned by our insurance company and I couldn't have been happier. Matt and his team handled our situation promptly and professionally. In mid February of 2022, my house had a water leak from damaged pipes that leaked into my garage and part of my home. Rainbow was recommended from my insurance adjuster to do the repairs to the walls, floor, etc after the leak was fixed. Even though the company was a few hours away from my home, Mary was prompt to schedule workers to my house to dry out my walls/flooring, etc. The workers were efficient and explained what they were doing and communicated with me during the process. Once that was done and the plumbing concerns were taken care of in early/mid March, Rainbow informed me that they could not start restoration work until April 4. I was put in touch with Deborah in the office to coordinate schedules and do payments. She was really friendly and nice to work with. A few days before my work was to be done, Dan, the Site Manager called to tell me that my Repair Date was being bumped to the 6th due to larger jobs not being done. Nothing else communicated until the 6th, by which I had to call Dan to confirm that the workers were en route to my home. The workers showed up on the 6th promptly and started the first of 2 days of work. Everything turned out great-better than it looked before. Other than the issue of being rescheduled and a bit of communication issues, I am really happy with the work from this company and would recommend them.Services: Water damage-related cleanup & repair
