They will text you when your order is ready but will not respond to your texts. They also do not answer the phone and don't return phone messages. Only open M-F 9-5p. They do not accept any insurance so be prepared for high prices. Face to face they are cordial. Overall customer service is awful

This used to be a great pharmacy but not any more. Customer service is horrible and they took 3 weeks to fill a prescription I needed for a very sick puppy. I won't go back and I suggest you don't go there either. Like so many others we will be switching to Elements Compounding Pharmacy.

STAY AWAY. Our cat needed medication, so we went here as our vet didn't stock it. Despite dropping off the prescription eight days ago, they never filled it. Multiple calls and voicemails went unanswered, even our vet couldn't reach them. No response to date. We switched to Elements Compounding Pharmacy--fast, clean, and friendly. While they might be understaffed, our previous experiences here were unfriendly too, with checkout staff too "busy" to stop their conversation with other coworkers (I had to do the prompting for this lady during my checkout). I strongly suggest choosing Elements Compounding Pharmacy compared to this place.

The pharmacy has changed staff in the last six months. Before my Scripts were ready the day of if called in early I never had issues until this new staff. Now no one answers the phone and it takes longer to get my Scripts not feeling this place anymore time to look for a new one.

The employees here are always busy. They are efficient and text me when my cat's medicine is ready for pickup. They are very helpful if there are questions about a medication. It only takes minutes to pick up a prescription. Everyone is kind no matter how busy they are.

I appreciate the over the top great customer service Red Mountain Pharmacy is giving! Thank you so much!! I cannot speak as fondly about the delivery service, so if it's a temperature or time sensitive script, I would suggest to pick up.

Horrible horrible customer service.Been doing business with this company for years. Lately, they've been making more mistakes. The worst part is that the owner NEVER EVER EVER takes responsibility for it. She will literally try to blame you if THEY send you someone else's order. And if you receive bad product, she expects you to either drive all the way out to the pharmacy or send the product to her in the mail so that she can see for herself that you're not lying - even though you've done business with her for over 10 years.Bottom line, as long as nothing ever goes wrong with your order, they're great.If something does, consider yourself the problem and consider your money gone because she will not try to make it right.

They are expedient, professional and organized. I was in and out in just a few minutes. Would be beneficial if they worked with insurance companies but perhaps the experience will still be convenient using a super bill to see if my insurance company will reimburse me for part or all of my medication price.

Amazing service for a quick shipment! Excellent customer service- they were so friendly and answered all of my questions and then had super fast shipment. The medication stayed the right temperature and I just injected my first dose - super easy :) I am so pleased - and grateful for this option!

We were impressed by the level of customer service and communication from the staff and the pharmacist. Demi is always available to answer quick questions regarding medications and recommendations. It is always nice to find place business establishments that the staff is ready to communicate and assist when you need a quick answer. Thank you.
