The system they use suck and always looses my info for all the boots I buy for my company. The service at the store is great but dealing with this is not worth it. I will be ordering online with a different brand.

Had just what I want had the size that I needed.And I actually got an arch support.Sole installed and I traded in some socks.I bought that still had a warranty and got two brand new pairs of socks.Red wing socks and they are comfortable and durable. And the young man in there was very friendly humorous, and there was nobody else in the store.Because it was sunday.

Great place for steel toe work shoes. And they electronically measure your shoe size. The shoes i got fit perfectly. Better than the tennis shoes I had on and the ones I had on are comfortable but RED WING is better.

My husband needed new work boots. He has been going to Red Wing a long time. Today was one of the best experiences. There were about 6 people already in the store when we got there. When it was our turn, Jacob was the one to help us. He measured my husband's feet and had him in a great pair of boots shortly after. Jacob is very knowledgeable. Super nice. Great customer service would highly recommend Jacob!

I walked in and needed to buy steel toe boots for women. They didn’t have a single pair in stock that I could try on but trust they had plenty of options for men. I was super disappointed.

I had one of the best shopping experiences of my life today. Jacob remembered me from my previous visit and had my measurements recorded; he also was able to get me the style I purchased previously despite the fact that there were not any on display. He was exceptionally courteous and was able to answer my every question in a thoughtful and frank manner. I highly recommend!

Most of the employees were cool. But one guy was just a jerk. Went to do an exchange and this guy helping me was acting like it was a huge bother. Kept asking me why I wanted to exchange boots. Even made a few of those disappointed sighs like he was really inconvenienced. Didn’t feel welcomed.

I am giving the STORE and EMPLOYEES 5-stars, but the boots I am only OK with. They were great.
I have bought two pairs of boots here in two years and the soles are not comfortable even after breaking them in. Also, some styles of boots are not offered in really wide sizes, so if your feet are wide, pay attention to what widths they come in. You can see widths on their website before you go in.
I tried to buy boots in the Queen Creek store, but they had limited choices, so I went to this store in Mesa to get what I wanted.
Everyone online seems to agree that Red Wings, while they built a reputation over the years as a quality boot, they are NOT what they were even 10-20 years ago. They do have US-made options which I prefer, but they can be wicked expensive.
For the price of the US-made options, next time I may pay a little more for a pair of Nick's boots that are made in Washington state, and are custom, handmade to your specific feet and legs; but those are harder to get.
